I have a Capresse espresso maker and this is a perfect size for 1-2 servings of milk/foam for coffee. (Could probably do up to 4) I have to tip it a little to side to keep the frother from making a screaming noise, but this is not a problem. You might be able to go smaller, but it is nice to have the extra room and not worry about the foam overflowing. It is sturdy, pretty and is easy to clean. Very happy with this purchase.

This pitcher makes mixing my coffee so easy. I love how I can put my immersion mixer in it and it doesnt overflow.
