I do like it wish I would have gotten on a little smaller maybe 12 oz instead of 20 but still does the job and what was advertised .

Writing this review after 3+ weeks of regular use (twice a day). I am using a frothing pitcher for the first time, and im amazed by the difference it makes, and the ease it gives you. 1) Easy to hold 2) Good quality, shining steel 3) Pouring drip is perfect, does not spill at all Im so happy i bought it!!!
