Greater than one weekThis cable allowed me to connect audio through my usb-c hub so that I have one thing to plug in when I sit down with my laptop. I also now have a free audio input on my Macbook so that I can have a headset mic and separate speaker hooked up. I like to do this sometimes because the audio on my speakers is amazing, and the headset is mediocre. The audio quality of the mic through this adapter is great. I had to turn up the gain in my computers audio input settings to get the volume I wanted for my headset mic, but other than that it seems about the same audio quality as my computers input. I really like the build quality. The cable is nicely flexible. The metal audio input end feels great, and the USB end has a solid feel to it. Just feels like a premium product. Overall, it did what I wanted, I didnt have to do any setup, and it feels like it will last a long time!

> 3 dayI post content to YouTube and need to record video or audio with my iPad (at times). The internal microphone on an iPad cannot pick up what I want to say at greater distances. I was able to attach a tiny boom microphone to my iPad using this adapter. Now I can grab the audio I need while sitting in a comfortable position. This product works the way I would expect it to work. [I also use another attachment in addition to this one. This adapter does not go directly into the iPad.]

> 3 dayUnit does what it supposed to do. The sound quality is much better than the old pin plug output. It solved my problem with a dying pin plug.

> 3 dayBluetooth AirPods don’t always work well with Microsoft Notebook. This was a great solution with an older pair of wired pods.

> 3 dayBought this after my audio jack was damage on my laptop. Works perfectly and isnt too long where it becomes annoying. Recommend if youre in a similar situation as me.

> 3 dayI have a work laptop with no sound card. This gadget allows me to run speakers or headphones. Cheap workaround and does the job.

Greater than one weekMy dad has a mini-PC, which only has one 3.5mm front for headphones, and the software was being buggy for setting up his 2.1 speaker setup. This adapter did the trick.
