Great game, my son loves it.

The game is fine, Im referring to the DLC content included. A big feature of the XBox One is game sharing. Every game and DLC on the XBox can be shared with the people in your home who also use your XBox. This extends all the way to sharing Live access and Game Pass. Its a great idea. Minecraft DLC codes included in this version DO NOT SHARE. They dont tell you this on the package, or warn you when you redeem them. Once you redeem, only the account that redeemed them will have access to them, period. My children wont get the DLC included in this package, as its tied to my account, and if I give them access, then they also get access to purchase items using my credit card. Save some money and by the base version for $20, or better yet, dont buy it at all. Microsoft has known about this for almost a year at this point and done nothing. Why would they? We are the ones with the upset kids who want us to spend more money so they can have all the skins and levels.

It’s the Minecraft game. Other than that there isn’t much to say. You get the disc and a case. If you don’t know what Minecraft is you should try it online before buying.

I wouldnt have any ideal if it is any good. I dont like video games and I think they are part of the downfall of society. My grandson wanted it for Christmas so I got it for him.

I redeemed the 3 codes that came with the game for my daughter correctly and none of the content is being applied to the game. I’ve spent the past hour trying to figure out what the problem is. I’m signed into the correct accounts and followed the instructions perfectly. Speaking to someone with Microsoft is damn near impossible. I finally was able to navigate through Microsoft’s maze from hell to speak with someone and they say it’s an ongoing issue with Minecraft and I need to speak with Mojang to resolve the issue. I’ve spent more time on this problem than the game is worth, which is why I’m giving this 1 star.

Currently, there is a serious bug for anyone wanting to play split screen with others. Been pretty random last year for our family, so we began paying for realms. As of last update, even for realms, we now cant get our original character. You run the risk of losing inventory. Amazon doesnt permit placing the bug URL in this post, but you can research it under MCPE-55815.
