> 3 dayI redeemed the 3 codes that came with the game for my daughter correctly and none of the content is being applied to the game. I’ve spent the past hour trying to figure out what the problem is. I’m signed into the correct accounts and followed the instructions perfectly. Speaking to someone with Microsoft is damn near impossible. I finally was able to navigate through Microsoft’s maze from hell to speak with someone and they say it’s an ongoing issue with Minecraft and I need to speak with Mojang to resolve the issue. I’ve spent more time on this problem than the game is worth, which is why I’m giving this 1 star.

> 3 daySimilar to another reviewer, we didn’t receive all of the digital content promised. My daughter spent a couple of hours dealing with support, got a couple of issues solved, and then they said “we’ll get back to you on the remaining items.” That was over three months ago. Any attempt to get a response from support has been unsuccessful and I’ve tried more than a few times.
