I have no experience with skateboards, but after trying out my friends penny board, I decided to get myself a mini cruiser. I was searching around this site for a good cheap board, and out of them, this one seemed like the best deal. It also comes with its own T-tool (and stickers) which is a plus! The wheels are big, and the whole thing has overall great quality. (I would think)
