> 24 hourWe got this plug for Alexa and found that it does not have a brand name that is recognizable by WIFI without putting in all the required information. This does not work well and we do not recommend it for your use.

> 24 hourWe use these in our house for everything from lamps to my kids sound machines. Easy to use and easy integration with the Google Nest App. They also have a child-lock function, which is super handy for my 1-year old who loves to push buttons.

> 24 hourNeed a special app to use, havent been able to figure out Alexa integration. It works as expected if you were just wanting to use their specific app, but I was hoping it would be an automatic or default setup with Alexa since it is advertised to work with Alexa.

> 24 hourUpside: Easy to download app; quick plug-in and app recognition; naming the device; setting up the timing schedule; and controlling (override schedule) later. It took 2-4 minutes for the first one, literally 30-seconds each for the remaining 3. SO EASY! The APP Rocks and is totally intuitive. Downside: The paper Instructions in the box are SOOOO TINY and hard to read. At the outset the consumer doesnt know what all it will entail, so I can see why you didnt put much consideration for the written instructions. Suggestion for the sake of your future consumers. Make these two lines font pretty large: (1) Download APP to your SmartPhone; (2) Follow instructions in the App for pairing, naming, and setting up your schedules. Awesome product, even Better App. We used them for various Christmas lights (now living room lights). Replaced the former mechanical timer in Master bedroom, controlling backlit Wall TV for LED lights/nightlight so we could turn them off (remotely) if going to bed early. BONUS FEATURE: We can turn on/off lights while out of town! (due to Wi-Fi tie in). How Cool is THAT? Our daughter at home in the dark, texted me Thanks POP! I turned them back on. She texted me back Please dont ever do that again. I wont. Its kinda creepy. Enjoy!

> 24 hourThese smart plugs work great, just like the other I have. No problems with any of them. Smart plugs are big, require you to install and app and, if you want them to be voice controled with Alexa or other assistant, youll need to install the password to give it access. Thats simply how any smart plug works.

> 24 hourThe plugs are easy to install once you download their app and once the app is downloaded you can connect it to Alexa. Once the set up is done all you need to do is plug it to the wall and voila! I used two of these plugs so far, one for my sons lamp and one for my electric car outlet. The electric cars outlet is working just as before without any issues. The plugs have a power button on them where you can turn it off manually or you can use the app or ask Alexa to turn it off. This is very convenient as I can tell Alexa to turn off my sons lamp at bed time. Overall the plugs are great and easy to install.
