> 24 hourThis mini PC packs a strong punch for such a small device. It’s amazing that it was not that long ago that a computer with this kinds of specs would only come in a large heavy tower. This little guy is barely the size of a mousepad. It comes with Windows 10 already installed, and once I put in my existing Microsoft account information, my computer was almost set up. I have two monitors connected, and there were enough inputs to allow me to do that. I did plug in a USB extender so that I could add a wireless mouse and keyboard and things like that. These are inexpensive, likely unnecessary, but only $15-$20 extra if you need one, and if you do they work really well with this machine.

> 24 hourWorked great for 3 days of setup then it crashed. The bios setup screen came up and I got locked into it and could not get out. Am returning it thru Amazons 30 day return policy. Still debating whether to order another unit. First time for this experience having purchased over the years 5 Acer computers and not one issue.

> 24 hourSetup was quick. The only wait was for the expected Windows 11 updates that took close to an hour to install. So far its working well. Very quiet, not much heat.

> 24 hourSome months ago I bought an HX90 for a specific application because the PC had to fit in a very small space. It has worked out nicely as in the winter I have even less space to work with. I was amazed at how powerful the Mini PC was - and to set up.

> 24 hourI didnt have the system for long enough to give me an idea of performance, but it seems deficient in enough little areas for me to return it:

> 24 hour(16GB/256GB, R5 5625U) Compact, quiet, completely better than a 5-6 year old full size desktop. You can get creative with where you put it and how you power it. May need a cheap USB hub to get more ports for office use, otherwise it can turn any TV into a nice home PC (Check your TVs manual for how to get best picture when plugged into a computer). There is one spare slot to increase your storage without replacing the included SSD, and the integrated graphics are okay for playing some less demanding games. Dont expect to play the newest and fanciest games on this little box.

> 24 hourStarted up perfectly right out of the box. Immediately after set-up, updated Windows 11 Pro 21H1 to 22H2 version, and it works splendidly. I have not had an issue yet. Using it to replace my 5-year-old tower computer on its second motherboard - which just happened to cost more back when purchased. Great quality picture and graphics, plenty of RAM memory, and room for a 2.5 SSD drive. Almost a gaming computer.

> 24 hourAMD does support thunderbolt but minisforum doesnt support it with their drivers or BIOS. USB4 support is lacking as well.

> 24 hourThis is an amazing little pc. Its incredibly small, but blows my (admittedly 7-year old) previous PC out of the water. Its lightning fast and does everything I want without a giant ugly box on my desk. Its whisper quiet, and I have yet to notice it making any noise. It starts up right out of the box (I bought it with a disk and memory pre-installed) and has never once had an issue since. It found my wifi, connected all my devices, and runs everything I want at amazing speeds. It even has a built in GPU and runs almost all games at HD resolution at 40-70 FPS. If you want to do full on HD gaming or use the latest and greatest 3D games at 1080P with the highest settings youre probable better of with the Minisforum Neptune line (with stronger GPUs) but this will work fine for almost anything else.
