Abranet is great stuff, even for hand sanding as the dust passes through the grid and can be shaken off the disk.

This box of sandpaper was correct. I wanted the 120 grit 5-inch Mirka sanding disks, and thats what I got. Didnt matter they were in a different box.

Hands down the best sandpaper you can get. Lasts forever if your using a sander with dust collection

Mesh grit works better than paper. Decent Velcro adhesion. Overpriced for what they are.

A heavy duty RO sander will eat Abranet discs like peanuts. I bought #180 but should have begun with #80 then moved up gradually. Adequate for finishing but not for finish removal. Loads up too fast for the price. Plan to try Mirka next.

The mesh disks provide a superior finish. The Sungold product line of similar disks (see my other reviews) perform equally as well in my opinion. You will be pleased with either the Abranet or Sungold product. Buying by the box of 50 is the most cost effective.

Great product, superior sanding, less loading up. I use in wood bowl turning, BUT this is the 3rd time I have ordered 80 grit and get 400 grit. This time I got a box of 400 grit with an 80 grit torn off top of a box says 80 grit.

These mesh discs are great for final finish sanding. Fits on my Festool finish sander... no holes to match pattern for vac system. Mesh also minimizes pigtail swirls.

Abranet is definitely longer lasting than traditional orbital sanding disks. Its the only abrasive disk i use now. For those of you interested or curious: I did purchase a big box of the Autonet to compare. My observations: stick with Abranet for wood sanding. Autonet does not last nearly as long on wood. Also, you do need to hook into dust collection to gain all the benefits of Abranet, otherwise there will be sanding dust everywhere just like any other abrasive disk.

I’ve lived Abranet products for years, and was delighted to discover a batch for my 5 inch orbital sander! Lasts longer than paper discs, which clog up quicker.
