Tried it out right away - put a cell phone in it, closed up the bag, and tried to call the phone. Nothing happened, and the phone didn’t even register a missed call once removed from the bag. Tried again and this time opened the bag up while trying to call. The cell phone still didn’t ring until the bag was held completely open.

Good quality. Didnt confirm its signal blocking, but presume its effective. 2 dings... 1. Its a bit pricey. 2. And, worst, was trying to unroll the flap. Its a strong seal and theres nothing convenient to grab on to to unroll it. So, its a bit of a struggle opening it.

After testing and confirming that this is an awesome faraday bag (tablet / non-window), my confidence in Mission Darkness has been strengthened to having complete confidence in theyre products. They definitely have the peoples total security in mind. The material feels very durable, strong enough to last for years, in my opinion. Ive researched other faraday bag products, seen plenty of reviews and videos, and my conclusion is that the Mission Darkness products are the best choice when it comes to your keys, phones, tablets, and/or laptops security. I highly recommend their products!

I purchased the Mission Darkness Non-Window Faraday Bag for Tablets. My friend has several faraday bags from Mission Darkness, and she told me they are the best. Ive never owned any other, but I cant imagine the workmanship being any better than this bag. I dont actually use it for a tablet, but I got this larger size so it could fit my cell phone, my ham radios, my key fobs, etc. The quality and ease of use is excellent. I would not hesitate to buy from Mission Darkness again. And...they are made here in the USA!!!!!!

I’ve always been a skeptic when it comes to things like this, but to my surprise I was completely blown away when I tested this bag. If you’re a strong believer that an emp attack can and will happen and you need to protect your coms then I highly suggest you buy this. I was able to fit my phone, wife’s phone, our walkies, and even my baofeng radio with no problems. I will definitely be looking through the brochure that came with this product for future bags I will be ordering.

Love the quality of the bag and will store sat phones and other small data rich devices in it when not in use. Thanks for a great product. Will buy more.

I tested this and it does prevent your phone from communicating with the cell towers, which is the means by which your GPS or other trackable features, or microphone would become useless to someone trying to track you. The microphone would still work obviously if it was compromised but it cant send the data anywhere.

Outstanding quality. I am using this bag as part of a larger, nested Faraday cage to protect electronic instruments from HEMP and/or coronal mass ejection from the Sun. I have tested the cage, and Im happy to report your mission has been achieved.
