> 3 dayI have been buying Mixed Chicks products for my mixed ethnicity girls for almost 4 years now. Hands down BEST product out there for very curly hair. We constantly get comments on our girls hair. We recently tried several different products to try to save some money, but none of them even came close to the quality of Mixed Chicks.

> 3 dayWhen I got the bottle it was open and had leaked all over the box. At least 1/8 of the product was wasted. The bottle was not packed in the box securely. It had one piece of brown packing paper that was flat at the bottom of the box when I opened it. I read the reviews for the product before I bought it. All reviews said it would worked miracles but it hasnt. Ive used the shampoo, deep conditioner and leave in conditioner since I got the product and my daughters hair is still just as frizzy and dry as it was before I started. Not happy with the supplier or the product.

> 3 dayI love Mixed Chicks deep conditioner, and can see a difference for the worse in my hair any day I skip it, so when the shampoo Id been using, which I loved, was discontinued, I thought Id give this a try. I have loosely curly, very non-porous hair. I used this product for two days. The first day, my hair took on an odd, stiff look, but I put it down to having a bad hair day. The second day, I used more conditioner. Things felt fine in the shower and when I set my hair to air dry, but even wet, my hair had no curl. By the time it dried, it looked like straw on top of my head, sticking slightly out and perfectly straight. I dont understand how the same company can make the holy grail conditioner for my hair, and the worst shampoo Ive ever tried, but Im not going to argue with the results. I picked up another brand at the grocery last night, and will try that until I can do better homework about what might work to replace what I had.

> 3 dayI am mother to two beautiful biracial girls who have relatively coarse hair. This product is the best that the girls have ever used. No more triple washes and I can actually see the difference after a wash...their hair looks lighter (heaviness, not color) and more moisturized. I also use this product ( I am caucasian ) and get the same light, clean feeling results. Definitely recommend!

> 3 dayAlthough I was initially put off by the sticker price on this product and other Mixed Chicks products, I soon discovered that the shampoo, detangler and leave-in conditioner will last me 8-12 months. Very little shampoo is required for each wash and it does a thorough job on my daughters curly hair. She has very fine medium curls. I love to use the shampoo on my fine hair as well. I pair the shampoo with the detangler on both of us, even though my hair is straight. My daughter does need the leave-in conditioner, though, as her mixed heritage has resulted in what appears to be more porous hair. Having forgotten his hair products on a visit, my boyfriend used the products and now wont use anything else. He has wavy hair that came to him through his Scottish/Danish ancestry. The shampoo seems to condition without stripping, but the key product that brings out shiny gorgeous curls (or straight hair) is the detangler).
