The translated instructions fail to address key parts of the install. Augmenting the instructions with an on-line tutorial is a good idea prior to beginning the installation. The screen worked on the second attempt; be sure to push the new screen ribbon connector securely into its socket. Using the spatula tool was necessary to provide adequate insertion.

This product looks great, however it did not quite fit right and the bumper was simply unable to be put on because of the fit. The touch screen is a bit wacky, no matter what we do to try to fix it. I suppose it is better than a cracked screen though!

A part of the touchscreen doesnt work, right in the middle of the screen, it wont detect touch.

Was a little skeptical at first but my husband replaced the glass on his iPad without a problem. Looks good as new!!

Changing the IPAD 2 digitizer screen was pretty easy. The digitizer came with installation instructions but I did not use them because there were plenty of video sources available. The tools were helpful and everything I needed to remove and install the digitizer. I gave this product three stars because this product advertised to be a High quality product! but after successfully installing the digitizer, I found one corner was cracked while applying light pressure to secure the adhesive. I have other Apple Ipads and applying the same amount of pressure did not crack the original genuine screen. I have this in a case so the cracked corner is not exposed, but it was disappointing to find my newly installed digitizer already broken before use.
