MMOBIEL Digitizer Compatible with iPad 4 (Black) 9.7 Inch Touchscreen Front Display Assembly Incl Tool kit

This was my very first attempt at replacing an IPAD screen. My daughter had her screen shattered where we could not swipe to unlock. I taped the screen together and used the blow-dryer to get to the edge of the screen as it states. The screen still splintered coming off but tape did help. When I had all ready to go installing the ribbon was a chore. Fat thumbs and fat fingers is hard when inserting cables but managed. Do not rush whatever you do when replacing the digitizer. The home button on the new digitizer did not work which I did not test that part. TEST the home button. I used old one and worked just fine after it was replaced. Over all the price and time to replace was well worth to see my daughter happy to use her ipad and not have to save and buy a new one.

Très bonne vitre, excellente qualité, ladhésif est suffisant et la couleur conforme. Outils simplistes mais efficaces en revanche lemballage du tout était un peu juste, si le colis avait pris un coup ou deux, je doute que la vitre serait arrivé intacte (Pour ce genre de commande, le papier à bulle cest le minimum syndical).

It work good

The new screen has a slower swipe time and im sure their is some fancy name for it but as a mom all I know is you have to swipe alittle slower. We changed it ourselves so maybe that has something to do with it and it was a pain but it saved alot of money this way. Now it works awesome.

I received the package without any bubble wrap, inside the box, the casing holding that digitizer was broken but the digitizer was intact however the Bezel was broken and some tools were missing (sim pin and pick) so I placed an exchange. On exchange, the package i received was again without any bubble wrap, and case was less damaged (but it was damaged), the digitizer was again intact however this time the Bezel was missing in the package. All tools were there in the package. So I again approached for exchange but this time instead of exchange only return option was there. So I returned the item.

I reconnected the screen two times and still the digitizer did not work. Only the home button works. The tools were too soft to use. They easily bent and broke. I had find my self tools to use. I recommend to buy from another supplier.

Non ho nemmeno potuto provarlo perché rotto. Il mio sospetto è che togliendo le 2 pellicole protettive davanti e dietro si generi unelettricità elettrostatica che rompe il touchscreen, nel dubbio rimuovetele piano e delicatamente. Chiederò una sostituzione.

To give some background, Ive changed out iPad screens 5 times prior to this, every single time has been successful. This particular problem has issues. It is finicky and often times feels like to pressing its self in certain areas of the screen. Not to mention the diameter of the screen is a few millimeters smaller than the original. There are two little pegs by the camera that forces the screen to stay in place, and even so, you can see a gap. Anyhow, I reopened and replugged the connections 3 times to make sure they are secure and inserted all the way. Still have problems. Waste of $18. At least I can keep the tools for other use.
