Everything was fine about the product but the reason for my 3 stars is because there was no directions on how to remove the old glass and how to find all the connections and there was no tape included so thank goodness the otter box was a tight fit so that it will keep my new glass in place. It is a very time consuming and tedious job changing the glass and hooking it all up. Dont attempt if you have no patience.

Replacement went well, until I noticed that the front camera frame, which came pre installed on the screen, was misaligned. Too bad I broke the glass when I removed it to see if I could fix the camera guide. Hopefully the replacement I just ordered has better quality control. Just finished installing the replacement of the replacement. This second one came with a bend in the digitizer cable. The bend was enough to hamper the touch on the top corner of the display. Thats two for two. Awful. Cannot recommend this at all.

En suivant bien les tutos sur internet tout se passe bien. Le remplacement décran dun iPad est plus complexe quun iPhone car il faut casser le verre existant. On a limpression que liPad est complètement détruit mais une fois tout assemblé avec la nouvelle vitre il fonctionne parfaitement. Un excellent produit.

Parfait pour ipad retina (ipad4). Installation quand même facile, mais requiert de la patience et de la dextérité. Tout les outils nécessaires sont dans lemballage.

La calidad me parece buena, esta es la segunda pantalla que he puesto a mi ipad, aunque venia con un defecto de colocación de la pletina metálica que encaja con la cámara, tuve que corregirlo usando un poco de calor para despegarlo y pegarlo en su sitio correcto. La calidad de las herramientas así como su numero me pareció buena.

To give some background, Ive changed out iPad screens 5 times prior to this, every single time has been successful. This particular problem has issues. It is finicky and often times feels like to pressing its self in certain areas of the screen. Not to mention the diameter of the screen is a few millimeters smaller than the original. There are two little pegs by the camera that forces the screen to stay in place, and even so, you can see a gap. Anyhow, I reopened and replugged the connections 3 times to make sure they are secure and inserted all the way. Still have problems. Waste of $18. At least I can keep the tools for other use.

Useless instructions, went to youtube. Fit ok, Cracked again soon after installing. Went with better kit, including trim piece and home button and display screen. Heat gun hurt old display 1st time. Watch several videos before you start so youll know what you are in for.

I love the tools that come with it - and the packaging for the screen is very heavy duty - no broken screen in transit yet!
