I returned this item because when I took it out of the box it felt heavy & it was empty! It looked well made and had several storage pockets, it was just too heavy for me to use.

Pros: So many pockets! Strong fabric and zippers. Opens easily and allows for easy loading and unloading to main compartments. Came with interior packing cubes which might be helpful- not a great value. Straps are well thought out , padded, cross body connections, and have their own pocket to secure inside making it into a suitcase. Computer compartment is well padded and is back compartment so secure and safe. Cons: Jeez its already heavy and its still empty! Comments: I would not recommend this for someone who has a bad back- of you are putting it under your seat because fully loaded this would be very heavy. On the other hand, its a stellar computer case so dont overpack the other compartments making it too heavy- duh! Love the interior pockets for storing business cards, pens, cables, etc.

OK, so I got this to use to carry my work laptop. and it turns out that this did not work for that. there is not enough organization, so other than the laptop sleeve, it just didnt work for that purpose. but that is more on me. Then we used it for a short trip over Thanksgiving and as a small piece of luggage it works great. there is plenty of room for the stuff my wife needed as an overnight bag while on the road (toiletries & a couple of days of clothes). we didnt use the backpack straps but the stowed in the pocket on the back w/o any problem. If your looking for a good overnight bag, that can also be carried as a backpack then this is terrific.

Its the perfect size for short trips (like a 3-4 day trip). It has a lot of pockets for plenty of storage and organization. It came with packing bags, which is something Ive never really used. However it did come with a bag you can put dirty laundry in so it keeps separate from the clean clothes. The zippers work well, the material seems strong, and theres a handle on the side so if you want to tuck the backpack straps into its built in compartment it allows you to carry it like a suitcase. Theres a nice laptop storage compartment as well. I have used it on several overnight stays with family and its easy to carry and sits well behind the seat of my SUV. I have not flown with this bag yet, but I look forward to using it as a carry on because it looks like you can stash it under the seat or in the overhead bins easily enough. Overall Im very pleased with this and would recommend it to friends/family.

Great material and useful

The only problem was shipping. That has nothing to do with the manufacturer or Amazon, its the times we all live in. The backpack was very well made. The first time I intentionally overstuffed it . no problems with stitching or with the zippers. My girlfriend took it on a day flight to Dallas (company paid we didnt ) It was down pouring when she got there . Her computer (VERY WELL PADDED) and paperwork stayed dry. She was panicking, but it was definitely waterproof. The small area pouch behind your back is comfortable and just right for IDs .She said it was the most comfortable bag she had . I agree although it is not in my possession right now. She’s still trying it out. I probably should quit while Im ahead The option of having a handle was a great idea. The backpack straps tucking in, out of sight is really nice. Whoever thought of the key clip was genius The packing cubes are not our thing. But the shoe bags are something else. It has 18 pockets and those are well laid out.
