We bought this because our 18-month old seemed more interested in the regular toilet rather than her Elmo Potty. The first night we tried it, she used it successfully, so it was a good purchase. Theres some slight wiggle room on a standard-sized toilet, but not enough to put your child in danger under adult supervision. We tried the hanging hook, but because it was too close to the heating vent, the double-sided tape fell off.

We have multiple bathrooms, and each one has this seat attached to the side of the toilet. Weve used this seat for multiple children, as we went through about 4 types of potty chairs and all of the kids just wanted to use the big potty. We searched around and found this seat, boom! Problem solved! The hook included has a foam sticky pad, and we opted to use it on the toilet instead of wall as it is easier to remove the sticky crap later.

We love these so we have multiples. It made potty training so easy, because little one wasnt scared/was comfortable. We keep one in the car (we travel), one upstairs, and a third downstairs. These are a little cheap, but for us thats a benefit because if they get too abused (again, traveling) or just too gross/dirty, we just toss it and buy a new one! Some people complained about the color, but the last one we bought had solid yellow ducks and a white handle so I think it varies anyway. Also, its a toilet seat, why are you that concerned about colors; kids dont know the difference unless you ma ea big deal about it!

I had one similar for my own kids so I was so happy when I found this for my grandson. It helps build their confidence in sitting on the toilet. No worry of falling in! It came with a hook for the wall, but it stores easily in a toilet paper holder. It took a few weeks - but he is potty trained! I plan to take it with us on our family vacation.

Best potty seat at affordable price it’s easy to clean , it’s has a cushion which makes it thicker and harder to store as compared to other models and makes . However the cushion is worth it because it helps my child stay in place and gives her security while on the toilet . The thickness and shape of the cushion is what is the best part of tie potty seat because it’s molded to secure the child while on the potty . The main reason my child didn’t want the bigger potty was the fear of falling on the toilet but this seat cradles toddlers and is big enough for older toddler .

My son cries on the potty but loves sitting on this, as he feels he could copy us. Its soft so he doesnt mind sitting on longer. It stays still while he climbs on -- I actually like that it has no handles because they would get in the way of him climbing on and swinging his legs over (he insists on being independent).

The inner ring is too small for elongated toilet seats, but I added a bolt (secured with two nuts) to keep the seat from sliding back and forth, see photos. It actually has a hole in the inner ring where I put the bolt, so that could even have been the design intent. Other than that its a great seat, durable and easy to clean.

We have a 2.5 year old who is attempting to learn to use the potty. We had a hard training seat that he just didnt ever seem to want to sit on. My wife had the brilliant idea to get a padded seat and he seems to be taking to it much better. After seeing this seat, I dont see why they make those uncomfortable hard seats. Youre trying to encourage your child to want to sit on the potty, not make it an uncomfortable punishment. The added hook for hanging is also much appreciated and helps declutter the bathroom. I love how lightweight and easy to use this seat is. My 2 year old is able to get the seat himself and put it in the toilet, plus hang it back up when hes done. The little hook at the top is genius and makes it easy to store. My only complaint is that the front isnt high enough for boys! I have to either assist to make sure pee doesnt end up everywhere, or clean up afterward. Even with the spilling issue, we still love this seat. Its the perfect size for his little buns too.
