Mommys Helper Contoured Cushie Tushie Potty Seat

Potty training has been a difficult task in my household. This product has made it so much easier. My little one prefers to sit at the cushy big girl potty. It is easy to use, fits my round toilet perfectly, seems comfortable, and hangs conveniently right next to the toilet. It is sturdy and gives my toddler confidence she will not fall into the toilet. It is also easy to clean and has not absorbed any unwanted odors. The ring at the top is useful when grabbing it off the toilet. I would highly recommend this product to anyone about to potty train their child.

Pros: Stable on the toilet, not super tacky looking, entirely padded for comfort, lifting handle and included wall hook are great. Cons: The guard doesnt do anything and makes dismount harder, and it is hard to clean. The hard plastic rim underneath it is not removable, so if pee gets in between it and the seat (which it will, if you have a boy), its nearly impossible to get out without submerging it (which the instructions say not to do). For this reason I dont think this is going to have an especially long lifespan.

Great and as described. My daughter can actually remove it herself and hang it up on the little hook which she thinks is fun. Its nice and cushiony and wow what a great price for the value!! It does move a twee bit because its not a clamp in fit like other snap on potty seats. If that is a major issue or someone has a elongated toilet they may not want to purchase it. My toiled is standard size and round, which is how its contoured.

I love that it comes with the hook. Easy to install easy to use and really soft.

The bubbles were a major disappointment considering they were the only reason I chose this specific potty seat. In the item description it states that the bubbles glow... FALSE. In the picture you see blue bubbles... ALSO FALSE. I thought this potty seat would be the one thatd make my daughter a more pleasant pottier because of the design, and she does seem to like it, but I was very disappointed with the bubbles on it. She kept mocking what I did with my hands to see them glow after being under the light the first night but they definitely dont glow. She understands now, but I felt bad for getting her excited and then letting her down. Its irritating when you dont get exactly what you thought you were getting. The fact that it was for her and she got excited over a false feature just made the whole thing worse. On the other hand, the seat does exactly what it is meant for and she doesnt seem to care what it looks like. I thought she would get upset by trying to get them to glow, but she isnt trying anymore and seems to be content. The point in getting this seat was to show her the ducks and try to ease her into going potty with them. So far so good, shes definitely going on the big girl potty a TON more. Well be out of pull ups in no time thanks to ducks on a potty seat! lol Would I recommend purchase of this product? Yes, if you dont care about the color or the non-existing glow-in-the-dark effect. Talk about the need for frustration-free packaging! My husband and I almost got a divorce over trying to take off the plastic. You have to - get this - USE A SCREWDRIVER and UNSCREW the hinges to fully get the plastic covering off. We gave up and got in a fight. What a cruel thing to do to a buyer. I was so excited to see this cute toilet and kept saying to my daughter: Want to use your new potty? Just wait 45 minutes for mommy and daddy to lose their minds and get this plastic off. *sigh*

We were having trouble getting our son to sit on our last training potty. He loves to sit on the soft seat and the duckies.

This seat is very padded and comfortable for my baby. Its thicker than it looks in the picture. I havent had trouble with it sliding around, but shes not that active yet. I dont think the hook that came with it is very great because it kept falling off the wall. I bought a suction one instead. Great price though. I would definitely buy this again.

I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the cheapest potty seat was the best! We had one that was more contouring, hard plastic, and had a back -- looked fancy, but in the end I could tell that my DAUGHTER wasnt very comfortable (note: I understand that boys might have different needs). She had to keep re-adjusting to fit well. Also, when we pulled our off the seat clung to her skin. What I love about the seat is that: it is light, it is white, it is a SOFT cushion, it is easy to clean! Great bang for my buck. Im very happy with this product. P.S. at the time of writing this I have had this items for 2 months.

Nice and soft- easy to wipe clean. It comes with a hook to hang it on your wall when youre not using it- but the self- adhesive hook is a POS and just falls right off the wall (I cleaned the wall and waited until it was dry, too. It stayed until I hung the seat up and then promptly fell on the floor). FYI- the hanging ring is white- not blue- as pictured.
