> 3 dayIt’s perfect for two people and to bring on trips. Keep in mind more than 4 players you may need a second pack. But super easy to learn and fun to play!

> 3 dayIts a great game, quick playing, with a surprising amount of strategy depth and luck. Its often anyones game until the winner gets three sets, and a strong hand, well played, can turn things around quick. On the other hand, young kids can play and hold their own. Even if they dont fully grasp the larger strategy, a chaos player can change the table quickly and ruin the best laid plans. OK, now my gripes. The original set (green box) had large writing, colorful cards and beared a bit of similarity to monopoly money. The newer set is made to look more old timey with small writing, less colorful cards with smaller color patches, are much less readable. The monopoly guy features on a lot more cards in the new set, and adds nothing. Young kids and oldies will both have a harder time with the new set. But hey, they saved 5c by taking out some colors, and added monopoly guy branding opportunities. Epic fail with the new design, get the old set if you can.

> 3 dayMy daughter bragged about how much she enjoyed playing this game, btw, she is 31 years young. So for the next car trip, I purchased this for my 11 year old nephews, it was quick to play and does not require the board game parts. Therefore, perfect for travel.

> 3 dayI really enjoy Monopoly Deal. In fact, I like it more than the traditional board game. Pros: - Games take WAY less time to complete than an actual game of Monopoly - It still has elements of the original game, so it feels very Monopoly-like. You still collect properties in order to win the game, and you still collect/pay out money. - The rules are simple, yet there is still some strategy involved in the game. There are two elements to the game and you have to manage between the two: property and money, in order to win the game. Cons: - The only con, which you can certainly jedi-mind trick people with...is the design of the card backs are a specific design in which you can tell if a card is right side up, or upside down. Some people will hold money or property upside down, so it kind of is deceiving. - There are a few card types that are super powerful in the game. Luckily there arent too many of those in the deck, but a well time use of a special card can really sway the scales of the game. Sometimes you just get lucky, but thats Monopoly folks :p

Greater than one weekMy family is very competitive and we love card games. This game manages to pack all of the betrayal and angst of a 2 hour game of regular Monopoly into a 20 minute card game. We all love it.

Greater than one weekWho doesnt know about Monopoly! This is it...with a different twist. Easy to learn, quick to play. I have always loved the game but rarely have the time to invest in a complete board game version. This is a great alternative.
