Good quality. Successfully carries electricity over a 12-inch distance from a wall outlet into an LED power supply. Would purchase again.

As with almost everything Ive purchased from Monoprice, this is a solid cable and is constructed to a high level of quality. The cable is very short so make sure that you can reach whatever piece of computer equipment you are powering with it. It has a PC power connector on one end and a wall plug on the other - it is not a short extension cord.

A nice generic power cable ......... But I bought the wrong length in error. It was much too short to be serviceable

This cord was handy for connecting a transformer that is located close to receptacle. Quality heavy duty item but the cord was still flexible.

I bought a LOT of these.. and they are invaluable. Most clutter with electronic equipment is cords that are too long (data and power).

The cord measured exactly 12 from the tip of the female end to the plug tip of the male end, NOT including the prongs. So this isnt a Subway foot long item. However, make darned sure that 12 will work for you! Allow for some bend at both ends and keep in mind that it isnt going to make an absolute 90-degree turn. After reading reviews here, I hedged my bets and also bought a 24 power cord from the same manufacturer. Im glad I did! The 12 never would have made the stretch that looked like a foot to me. At less than $5 Im keeping it in case I find a use for it somewhere, sometime and dont want to cost anyone money for a product that is exactly as advertised.

These really clean up rack mounts and desktops... a bit pricey but, they are hard to run across in stores
