Nice paints. I have used the regular acrylic paints from this company and the pigment is wonderful and they are easy to work with. The metallic paints here are not as highly pigmented but still beautiful. I had used the yellow in this painting which I bright and pretty but not as glittery as I hoped. Good backup or use to mix with other metallic colors if you get the fancy to experiment.

I am pleased with the paint.

I have gotten several Mont Marte paints and have been impressed with all of them. These metallics are beautiful. The paint is a nice consistency and just really enjoyable to use.

My daughter, the jack of all trades artist, gives this paint a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The metallic paint applies and works very well, although she wished it had just a little more sheen to it. That aside, she likes working with these and shes a pretty harsh critic on multiple media!

what I wanted

You get 36 beautiful colors of paint here. Its all metallic and looks good. Its good for painting on canvas, rocks or other items and will even mix well into epoxy resins that are rated to accept acrylic paint as a colorant. It goes on smooth with few strokes and mixes well on the palette if you feel the need to make new colors from the ones you have. It also mixes decently with other non-metallic acrylic paints. These are decent larger sized tubes as well so they should be long-lasting.
