Moonlight Hardside Expandable Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Anthracite, Checked-Large 28-Inch

This is an absolutely beautiful suitcase, perfect for my 8-year-old. But on our very first trip, one of the wheels stopped spinning correctly. We were in the middle of travel, so had to keep going, dragging the suitcase along. By the end of the trip, the rubber part of the wheel was completely scraped off and the plastic base of the wheel was a mess. This suitcase is now completely unusable for future trips, unless this wheel (and the other on the same side) can be replaced. There is a warranty, but Im not sure its worth the gamble to PAY to send it to an authorized repair center, when they can just claim that this is a result of abuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear and refuse to cover the damage. For what its worth, the wheels on *my* new suitcase (same trip, different brand suitcase) are still perfect.

I could tell immediately this was not going to last so I returned it immediately. Seems very cheap and flimsy, doesnt appear that it will stand up to airport baggage handlers. Also seemed much smaller than the stated dimensions.

The suitcase came dented. Other than that it seems fine but considering it cost $100 plus, I feel ripped off.

If you want a beautiful, light-weight piece of luggage which is also easy to handle...this is the one. However, if you want a piece of luggage that maintains its lovely covering...dont buy it. After one trip to Disney upon arrival (we bought 3...myself and 2 daughters) all of us noticed how scratched and dirty they each looked. There are black marks on all sides, scuffs, scratches, etc. I tried to remove some of the smudges when we arrived home...no such luck. My piece looks as though I have used it for several years. I realize baggage handlers get called some really kooky names for the handling of bags, but to have my bag so incredibly scratched and worn-looking is disheartening. I would not buy this again. Sorry!

Used it for one trip, the side handle came off and when I packed fully , zero confidence in taking it as its too light and could break anytime. Dont buy this.

Amazing suitcase!

I bought this for weekend trips so I was pleasantly surprised that I could actually fit more than just a few days worth. Ive only taken it on one trip so far so well see about the durability over time. I did have to valet check it and it survived that like a champ!

Got this for my birthday March 19, although Mom. Bought in Dec. went to use it today and it cracked??? Why a joke!! Return window. Closed well dispute on credit card cause I just got it!
