> 24 hourFirst thing is, if you care about keeping your suitcase looking nice then look elsewhere, took it out of the box, and it is already scuffed up (see pics) I dont really care, so i wont be returning, this is bound to happen regardless. I think it is important to note that this is a true 21 when you measure from the wheels to the top of the luggage. the actual suitcase is 19-1/2. This leaves you with about 18-3/4 of actual luggage SPACE to put your clothes and other items. depth on one side is about 4, the side with the handles is obviously a lot more shallow, like 2. I was hoping for a little bit bigger, not sure why it is literally impossible to find a suitcase that is the dimensions that the airlines allow, it seems like amazon only sells smaller carry on size, or big enough to be a checked bag. Overall, if you were taking a week long trip, I would advise taking a bigger suitcase. this is more for like a weekend getaway, and mostly a suitcase for clothing only. I will say the wheels are GREAT and glide super well. We will see how it holds up when I put it to real use.

> 24 hourI really loved the color, the mobility and the inside of the luggage set (basically everything). I’ve only had them for a couple of months and used them for one round trip so I wouldn’t know how long they last with use, since they are still newish. My only critique would be that the paint on the luggages get’s scratched and marked very easily. After the first plane ride they were already very noticeable scratches on the luggage. These multiplied and became worst with the plane ride back home. Also I have noticed that they get greasy very easily since they obtained big grease marks from the airport handling. The grease does come off but might require some hard scrubbing after they set and dry.

> 24 hourThese are lightweight, less then half the weight of my old set, which means more cloths when you travel. Theyre well made, expendable, and smooth rolling making them easy to handle in the chaotic airport environment. High dollar value, low dollar price.

> 24 hourThis carryon is the perfect size, with a lot of room on the inside. It’s sleek and fashionable design stands out against other more basic carryons, I received countless comments on how nice it looked and even a few people asked where they could purchase. It is easy to maneuver around a busy airport and also has both a top and side carry handle which was nice for loading/unloading in the airplane.

> 24 hourNice size for a checked bag. You don’t want a bag too big because it’s easy to overpack and the bag is overweight. We’ve used it for 4 trips so far and it’s held up well. I always worry about the wheels getting damaged or falling off. Not the case here. I also worry about someone taking our bag by mistake. The color stands out to easily find it on the baggage carousel.

> 24 hourBought a three pc set. Used the 28 and checked the bag in. I flew three times (three legs of journey) on the trip with two different airlines. Came home and as I was unpacking noticed a huge crack at the base of one wheel. No other damage to speak of and American Tourister does not warranty that kind of damage. Understandable. Airlines are not gentle. AT cant fix it either. Going to try an epoxy made for plastic to reinforce that area. AT did offer me half off on another pc of luggage but nothing that matched my remaining pieces and the luggage they offered was super expensive even at half price. The only thing I didnt care for and didnt realize when I bought it is that the 28 has to be laid open flat to access contents. Hard to explain but you need to open it on a floor, bed or two luggage racks because it does not have a hinge. I tried to prop it up against a wall one time and it took the paint off. Lol! Bottom line is, its a great price for three pcs. Just beware when checking luggage. I cant say which airline was the culprit.

> 24 hourI bought this for shorter trips, and I recently used this on a 4 day vacation. It worked great and was a really easy to use and maneuver. Definitely fit everything I needed for the weekend, though there isnt a lot of interior pockets for organization, so if you want to keep stuff in the zipper section from rolling around you will need to use other bags or something. I bought the iridescent black color, and its more of a charcoal gray in person, but the rainbow shift is really pretty! Definitely more noticeable in some lighting than others tho haha. Overall I really like this, I dont have any issues aside from those couple super nit picky things.

> 24 hourThese are beautiful designs BUT due to them being super smooth outside, they scratch super easy. I have used them to travel twice so far and they are already scratched pretty good. But its only cosmetics. They product itself is good. My last large case i bought from this brand lasted me 4 years amd i am a full time traveler for my job so i fly about two times a month. Only reason that ome had to get replaced was due to the rubber on the wheel coming off. That was the airports fault. Overall it was a perfectly secure case! I love this brand!

> 24 hourExcellent product, easy to move and has tons of storage capacity. Perhaps, too much? In addition to the basic compartment, a second set of zippers can be unzipped to allow the luggage to expand, fitting considerably more items— The drawback is that this also allows for overzealousness when packing and can quickly change this slick, highly maneuverable luggage into overweighted and cumbersome.

> 24 hourWe wanted to get name brand versus all these random luggage producers. Honestly they are probably all made in the same plant but zippers and straps seem to be better quality. O ot negative was the slick looking surface showed signs of a beating on a inaugural Hawai’i trip. But that’s on the airlines more than the luggage.
