> 24 hourI’m completely satisfied with this purchase. I’ve used this suitcase on two trips now and it’s held up both as a carry on and as checked luggage. The colors are vibrant, making it easy to spot when you’re at baggage claim. The roller wheels are great and the handles are all easy to use. Inside the main compartment is roomy and the straps work great to keep everything in place. The side compartment has a mesh cover so you can secure things and still see inside which I love. This case also expands if necessary although you often aren’t allowed to for a carry on. It’s not too heavy when full so even 5’0” 95lbs me can lift and stow it easy as a carry on. The case did get scratched when it was stowed but that’s bound to happen in transit. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and will continue to use it for future trips.

> 24 hourThe product didn’t hold up. I used it once and thought it was a scratch but to find out this is a crack. Not satisfied and I missed the window last month. How do I get a different suitcase

> 24 hourI love the way the wheels maneuver, the color, size and everything about it. I’m in between homes right now and I’m basically living out of it for now.

> 24 hourAfter roughly 6 months of normal use, outer case split during air travel. This sort of defect/damage is apparently not covered by the warranty.

> 24 hour3 months and 3 trips in, I have no complaints at all. This is a molded plastic semi-rigid book-opening suitcase with solid build quality. Its lightweight, has simple solid-molded caster wheels that seem unlikely to fail, and has a little flex and an expansion zipper to absorb your overflow *soft* goods. Like anything that isnt a fully hardened protective case, if you have fragile hard goods I would cushion with clothes and pack towards the center. The interior has a simple polyester fabric liner, elastic hold-down buckles on each side, and a mesh cover with a small integrated pocket on one side. The exterior zipper pulls match up with ring openings aligning for a travel lock, and the pull on the expander zipper is physically different from the main opening zippers, making it easy to get the right zipper by feel.
