> 3 dayI thought these would be worth the hype but im on like month two of using them 3x a week for hours and they STILL hurt my feet, multiple blisters and bruises etc and theyre more shaped for thin (not wide) feet. my normal skates were like $20 used and theyre better and more comfortable than these. idk if it was worth buying them but the wheels are great for outdoors.

> 3 dayI like them, but am returning them. Why I like them: 1. Genuine suede 2. Flattering and well fitting shaped boot (order your dress shoe size - I wear a 9 Nike shoe, I wear an 8 Riedell boot and I wear a 8 to 8.5 dress shoe. Skates should fit snug but not too tight where they would hurt your toes. 3.Wheels are OUTDOOR wheels - super soft, meant for asphalt/pavement. You would need harder wheels and/or additional bearings (sold separately) for the best experience rink skating. 4. Super cute - if cute is a factor for you... 5. Wheels seem to be good quality 6. Riedell MAKES GREAT BOOTS this is a great skate/brand for regular skaters or those who want to get back on skates. Why Im returning them: 1. Box says they have ABEC5 bearings (not ABEC7 as listed - listing is wrong, Riedell only sells them with ABEC5 however...) see picture of box label. 2. Came with PINK Moxi wheels - Riedell only sells these with the matching Seafoam wheels as pictured (I checked with a dealer) so someone switched them at some point and the nuts used are cheap ones you cant re-screw - I had the same problem with another pair of pre-assembled skates. But the pink/teal combo is a cute combination, Im just not a fan of pink and because Im not willing to take the wheels off, Im not going to be able to check to make sure they have the right bearings (ABEC5) to make sure those werent switched as well (some online dealers have been known to do this because the average person doesnt know their skates that well - just check the parts when you get them). 4. NOT a deciding factor, but that little Moxi M on the side of only ONE of the skates is CUT OUT - it is not black embroidered, or lined, it is a HOLE in the boot. Im a regular skater, Ive gotten much nicer, professional quality skates at around the same price or a little more - so Im a little disappointed in Riedell with these skates... I would have liked to have seen a better plate and a little more structure/support for the listed price. The wheels not being the right color is what really bothers me, so I think if I decide I really want them I will order locally...

> 3 daySo I’ve been wanting to get into skating and moxi lolly’s seem to be everyone’s number one pick. I’ve been stalking Amazon and moxi’s website for availability and Amazon had them in stock first so I went for it! There are too many pretty colors to pick from but I ended up picking black size 6(since they were in stock first and if it got dirty it wouldn’t be as noticeable). The price is a bit steep but based off of everyone’s reviews/opinion, I decided to take the plunge and purchase these skates. Other brands aren’t cheap either so I decided to invest my money into these. I know nothing about skates/skating but omg these feel great on my feet and it’s very form fitting. I don’t own anything that’s real genuine suede but they feel AND smell like good quality, if that makes any sense LOL. It came in the signature suitcase box and included is the keychain, an owners manual and a crab tool. I will look into buying a better tool though because I needed to adjust the toe stop and it didn’t fit great and it slipped a few times and I’m afraid it will strip the bolt. As far as the sizing goes, I did what the moxi size chart said to do. I traced my foot and measured. Based off of that, it said I would be a size 7 in skates. Now, I do wear between a 7 and 71/2 in women’s US shoes and again, just based off of everyone’s reviews, I decided to go with a size 6 in skates. I’m happy I did because they fit perfect and there’s just enough space for wiggle room. They are just a tad bit narrow for me but they aren’t tight or uncomfortable.

06-06-2025I absolutely love my Moxi Lolly’s. I got back into quad skating about 10 month ago & I wish I would have just purchased the Moxi Lolly’s in the first place. Lolly’s were my first choice but I was worried about skating in a softer suede boot so I ended up getting a pair of Impalas thinking I wanted a stiffer boot. The Impalas were ok at first - but after 6 mos + of skating in them - I just couldn’t break the Impalas in. My feet were literally crying b/c the boot just kept hitting all the wrong spots on my foot. I started getting blisters all the time & that’s when I decided I needed to try something else. To be fair, I did like the ankle support of the Impala at first as I hadn’t been on skates in 25+ years. As my confidence & skill set advanced, I realized that I ”outgrew” the Impalas. I needed something comfortable for my feet, with more flexibility in the boot (to accommodate new moves), a removable stopper, etc. I bit the bullet & ordered my Lolly’s. Re: size, I’m a Women’s Size 8. I sized down to the equivalent of a Women’s Size 7 (Men’s 5). They fit great but the suede does stretch a bit over time. I could probably go down another half size - but the size I ordered works fine for me. Getting my Lolly’s on my feet have been a GAME CHANGER. The Lolly’s feel like heaven on my feet. All the blisters I had from the Impala’s went away. This was huge b/c I didn’t realize how uncomfortable I had been prior to having Lolly’s. Things I love about the Lolly & it’s standar setup: 1.) includes the crab tool (you def need it) 2.) includes removable toe stops (I really like the PowerDyne toe stops so far) 3.) includes Moxi Gummy wheels. I have to say.. I really like the Gummy’s. I tend to jam/rhythm skate outside on a tennis court & the Gummy’s are my new favorite wheel for tennis courts. I would definitely purchase Moxi Gummy wheels stand-alone again. 4.) aesthetically - the Lolly’s really are a beautiful skate. What I think could be improved on the standard Lolly setup: 1.) the color from my laces bled (mine came with the Oyster color) onto the tongue of my skates. I got the Green Apple suede & I was so bummed this happened. If I had to do it again, I would either got a different pair of laces (that don’t bleed) or, at the very least, I would have washed the laces first (with a color catcher) before putting them on my skates 2.) the bearings on the standard Lolly set up are sealed. I’m not a fan of sealed bearings & I immediately replaced them with Bones Big Balls. Kind of a bummer the bearings aren’t better given the price tag of the Lolly’s. 3.) Extra Parts - I wish Moxi would include a second set of axel screws in the box. If you change / clean your wheels regularly - you’re going to need new axel screws sooner than you think. Save yourself the trouble & order some from SureGrip now so you have them when you need them. 4.) the metal Lolly charm that comes on the skates is sort of pointless. Whatever it’s attached to - it falls off. Not a deal breaker- but given the choice I would much rather have extra axel screws instead. 5.) the color of the suede isn’t as vivid as shown in pictures online (IMO). I ordered Green Apple & was bummed the color wasn’t as vivid as it was supposed to be. Overall - I’m in love with my Lolly’s & I’m so glad I switched.

Greater than one weekThese rollerskates are truly great quality! I like that the boot is nailed to the sole, so you can tell it is going to last for a long time. The suede is really comfortable and moulds to your feet perfectly, so you can barely feel youre wearing something. To choose the size you must look at the chart in the Moxi website, I use a shoe size 6 so I chose a 5 for the skates (most skates come in mens sizes). The plates are very lightweight and the bearings are also great quality, so you can gain a lot of velocity without much effort. The wheels are perfect for skating outdoors or in rough surfaces. The only thing I didnt like was that mine didnt come with the moxi charm in the picture but they do come with the crab tool and the laces. Also the toestop seems to loosen often and it is not my favorite shape of toestop but it serves its purpose. Overall they are a great pair of rollerskates and I do recommend them.

> 3 dayI will start off with saying I am not the most skilled skater, but I do have a lengthy independent background. I was SUPER excited to get the Lollys, not only are they super cute, but excellent quality. They were definitely made with cruising outdoors in mind. I did a significant amount of research before deciding on these and from what I can tell they are authentic. Came with the exact same equipment, looks the exact same. MY ONLY COMPLAINTS, and I feel like these are important, but not game changers, are: some of the eyelets are not smooth and caught horribly while I was lacing them, also makes it a little difficult to loosen and tighten laces. I was hoping to replace the laces with something cuter, but now Im going to have to figure out how to fix this first. Next, I noticed there was a small knick on one of the nylon thrust plates on one skate, Im hoping this wont be an issue in the long run, but Im not planning on dropping into a bowl anytime soon so Im not super worried. And lastly the stock sole insert is SO thin, but I was already planning on replacing it for something more comfortable. Something that REALLY bothered me though, was how they were shipped. They were shipped in their decorative box AND IT WAS OPEN, I nearly had a heart attack seeing that! Im really surprised everythin made it here in one piece all together. No tape and the hole on the top of the box was punched out for the handle and the box was wide open, like holy smokes dude. Straight miracle I swear. And now for the good stuff. The bearings are sooooo smooth omg it rolls like butter. The color is so vivid and I love the yellow way more than I thought I would. I am a true 8.5 wide in womens and I opted to get a slightly bigger boot (size 8 boot) since I know I always struggle with narrow shoes and these are definitely narrow. I know that because theyre genuine suade they will fit better width wise after I break them in a bit, but I like the extra room so I can add a nice insole. I love the structure of the boot, the suede is strong but flexible, which is exactly what I was looking for, I tried out other boots and was really not okay with the stiffness that comes from a synthetic leather, but this will be just right after I get them broken in. The wheels are so nice, theyre soft and wide and will be perfect outdoors, if I take them to a rink Ill definitely switch them out, but thats just a given, not a problem at all. It also comes with a skate tool, which is perfect for adjusting the bearings and everything before you really take them out. Make sure to test everything out and loosen and tighten the bolts before you do anything else. Theres even an instruction booklet on how to do some maintenance. Overall Im pretty happy with the Moxi Lollys.

> 3 dayAfter trying multiple skates, these are the real deal. well made, super sturdy, and they glide like butter outside. If you really like to skate, dont even bother with the $100 skates that just feel so uncomfortable. I tried those too :(. this is one of the best skate manufacturers. No complaints here.

> 3 dayI ordered these Beach Bunnies in periwinkle and LOVED them. They are super snug when you try them on, but follow the sizing on the Moxi site, dont listen to some of the reviews saying they bought their normal size. I am guessing those people did not put them on all the way, lace them up and ride around in their house. I am mostly an 8.5 and I got size 7. I thought my feet were being crushed when I put them on, but they loosened up in the front to back direction with a very thin sock (you should be able to be able to wiggle your toes when you bend your knees in true skate position.). However, after three days of this, they were just too tight around the ball of my foot and I know they wont stretch because they are vinyl :(. Sadly, I looked for other options. I then went with the Sure-Grip Boardwalk, size 7 in purple. They cost more, but these are suede so will stretch. I got them and they felt too big, but I got out a thick sock and tried to love them (I bought them through RollerSkateNation and they wanted $20 restocking fee AND to pay the shipping back!), I really tried to love them...but they just did not glide like the Beach Bunnys and the suede was so stiff and rubbed my ankles to death. They also hurt the back of my legs. So, too torture myself, I got a third option (but through Amazon this time, so I can send them back. Lesson learned). Next option, the super expensive Moxi Lollys. I got them in purple, size 7. First, they are beautiful and not counterfeit, like some say on these site. Someone said that they were supposed to have ABEC 7 bearings and these came with 5 so they were counterfeit. I looked them up on the Moxi site and they say ABEC 5, so I am not sure where they got that idea. Anyway, these are genuine, same box, same skates and come with the skate tool. So, how were they? Oh my god! They are amazing and fit perfectly! I immediately wore them out knowing that I am going to have to buy them and pay that stupid fee to send the Boardwalks back because, well, they really are amazing. The only thing I would mention is that the could have a little more cushioned insole, but I can add one. So, all and all, if you foot was a little more narrow, I would have been completely and utterly happy with the Beach Bunnies, but, since they werent going to stretch, I had to opt for the more expensive Lolly, but I wont regret it!!!!
