These skates were sold out on the Moxi website and everywhere else, so I was hesitant to buy from Amazon, which sells a lot of counterfeit products. But review after review showed me that I had little to worry about. These are the real deal, and theyre perfect. They are comfortable from day one, and after a month of skating almost daily they look and feel great. Excellent quality, beautiful design, and built to last. Im very pleased to have spent a little more for this level of quality.

I have yet to use these, but my review is about the fact that these really do seem to be actual lolly’s. Moxi is sold out, along with every other store basically, so I took the expensive chance of purchasing these despite some people saying they’re fake. These are my first pair of adult skates, I wear a size 8 adidas shoe so I went down and got a size 7 Lolly. I will admit that they do not seem to be the 2020 model as advertised, I attached a photo of moxi’s 2021 model for reference to the actual skates I received . It came with the signature moxi box, a skate tool, and the signature keychain. So far, just by handling them the quality feels amazing. I love the suede. I’m excited to use them, and if I have any complaints I will update this review. If nothing is changed, see that as a good sign

I absolutely love my Moxi Lolly’s. I got back into quad skating about 10 month ago & I wish I would have just purchased the Moxi Lolly’s in the first place. Lolly’s were my first choice but I was worried about skating in a softer suede boot so I ended up getting a pair of Impalas thinking I wanted a stiffer boot. The Impalas were ok at first - but after 6 mos + of skating in them - I just couldn’t break the Impalas in. My feet were literally crying b/c the boot just kept hitting all the wrong spots on my foot. I started getting blisters all the time & that’s when I decided I needed to try something else. To be fair, I did like the ankle support of the Impala at first as I hadn’t been on skates in 25+ years. As my confidence & skill set advanced, I realized that I ”outgrew” the Impalas. I needed something comfortable for my feet, with more flexibility in the boot (to accommodate new moves), a removable stopper, etc. I bit the bullet & ordered my Lolly’s. Re: size, I’m a Women’s Size 8. I sized down to the equivalent of a Women’s Size 7 (Men’s 5). They fit great but the suede does stretch a bit over time. I could probably go down another half size - but the size I ordered works fine for me. Getting my Lolly’s on my feet have been a GAME CHANGER. The Lolly’s feel like heaven on my feet. All the blisters I had from the Impala’s went away. This was huge b/c I didn’t realize how uncomfortable I had been prior to having Lolly’s. Things I love about the Lolly & it’s standar setup: 1.) includes the crab tool (you def need it) 2.) includes removable toe stops (I really like the PowerDyne toe stops so far) 3.) includes Moxi Gummy wheels. I have to say.. I really like the Gummy’s. I tend to jam/rhythm skate outside on a tennis court & the Gummy’s are my new favorite wheel for tennis courts. I would definitely purchase Moxi Gummy wheels stand-alone again. 4.) aesthetically - the Lolly’s really are a beautiful skate. What I think could be improved on the standard Lolly setup: 1.) the color from my laces bled (mine came with the Oyster color) onto the tongue of my skates. I got the Green Apple suede & I was so bummed this happened. If I had to do it again, I would either got a different pair of laces (that don’t bleed) or, at the very least, I would have washed the laces first (with a color catcher) before putting them on my skates 2.) the bearings on the standard Lolly set up are sealed. I’m not a fan of sealed bearings & I immediately replaced them with Bones Big Balls. Kind of a bummer the bearings aren’t better given the price tag of the Lolly’s. 3.) Extra Parts - I wish Moxi would include a second set of axel screws in the box. If you change / clean your wheels regularly - you’re going to need new axel screws sooner than you think. Save yourself the trouble & order some from SureGrip now so you have them when you need them. 4.) the metal Lolly charm that comes on the skates is sort of pointless. Whatever it’s attached to - it falls off. Not a deal breaker- but given the choice I would much rather have extra axel screws instead. 5.) the color of the suede isn’t as vivid as shown in pictures online (IMO). I ordered Green Apple & was bummed the color wasn’t as vivid as it was supposed to be. Overall - I’m in love with my Lolly’s & I’m so glad I switched.

I usually wear a 9 in shoes. I bought the size 8 skates, and theyre perfect. Still working on the hard part -- the skating, but theyre SOOOOO cute that I cant wait to gain more confidence. Im 59 years old and havent skated since I was a teenager, but Im determined! Thanks to Moxi for making me want to get better! Totally recommend!!

I had been skating with a (perfectly fine) pair of Sure-grip skates but I kept ending up with numb feet despite the size being correct, them not being laced too light, and me not gripping my toes. Splurging on these Moxi skates was SO worth it. They are so comfortable, they fit like a nice pair of boots. And unlike my other skates they required zero adjustment. The bearings are NICE. The wheels, bigger than regular skates, are NICE. It’s so smooth and stable, I bought them for the boots but the wheels were an unexpected game changer. It takes a little getting used to the bigger wheels for things like turns but I’m already figuring it out. I regret not buying these first.

I wear a size 9 1/2 - 10 in shoes so I went and got a size 8 and they fit perfectly! I came from skates with tight trucks and these skates came with looser trucks but it was so much fun to get used to.

These skates are stunning. They live up to to the hype in terms of quality and comfort. This is obvious straight out of the box. Measure your foot. Go by measurement, not shoe size equivalent. Unfortunately, I had to return the Moxi Lollies as they didnt fit (user error on my part). I took a gamble and bought the largest size available, size 8. Their size 8 is supposed to fit a womens shoe-size 9. Usually I wear a womens shoe-size 10, but sometimes I can squeeze my foot into a womens shoe-size 9 and thought maybe I could get by. Not today! They were too small. Bummer. I ended up purchasing Sure-Grip Boardwalks instead since they have my size available and I dont want to wait until next year to roller skate. The Sure-Grip Boardwalks are made with thicker leather and provide more ankle support than the Moxi Lollies, which actually may be better for learning. The Moxi Lolly boot may have slightly less ankle support because the leather is thinner, more malleable, but they hug your ankle like butter, so they are more comfortable at the ankle. Also, if you are learning to skate, you WILL fall on your bottom and hard. If youre purchasing skates, make sure you purchase CRASH PANTS as part of your protective gear. This is no joke.

It was very evident these skates were semi use and they came without laces. Im not sure if thats normal but if Im paying $300+ you could at least include the laces. I went ahead and bought them separately but Im not a happy camper. The skates themselves are really comfortable. I bought black.

Great service from this seller. These skates got to me faster than announced which is fantastic. I wear a 7.5 or 38 European pretty consistently. I had tried a size 6 skate, but it was short. So I went for the size 7 skate. I read every single review before ordering to try and get a feeling, but in the end I could have used a 6.5 skate, and the 7 is great. The heal fits well so they are perfectly snug when moving and my foot doesnt slide. Then there is the Moxi quality! I had skates in the 80s but havent skated since then. I decided to go all out and get the best right from the start. Handmade and really gorgeous quality and details. In all other sports I do (ski, scuba, hike) I know that getting a really solid product is ultimately a good investment and much safer. So excited!!

I am a size 6.5 in woman’s shoes and I ordered a size 5. They fit great but I need to break them in. Got these and realized in pictures most people only show the boot with the Moxi M cutout (the right boot). They are real Moxi roller skates from what I can tell, and no blemishes or defects. Honestly, they’re perfect! Just a note: the plates do not have to align with the center front seam on the boot when correctly mounted. Moxi skates put up a YouTube vid explaining why some skates look like the are mounted off center, but are actually centered.
