These Moxi were my first quads and even tho I’ve just used them a couple times I’m just in love. They’re beautiful and super high quality. Highly recommend it!

I rarely write reviews, but I thought this one would be helpful to possibly avoid wasting your time, money, and possibly deter any youth from wanting to skate. I purchased these on a whim. I recently picked up roller skating after several decades. I had gotten Chaya love is love skates, which had rainbows on them. My 8 year old loved them. When I came across these, there was one pair left. I thought Moxi is reputable and they are the right colors/ look my daughter would love. While waiting for them to come, I then tried researching these skates. I could not find one review or video on youth sizes or how youth girls felt about these. First thing I noticed how heavy they are. Also, do not purchase these or any skates without a skate tool on hand. I had to loosen every wheel. No biggie, unless you don’t have one on hand or don’t know how important this actually is. When my daughter tried them on, she was out of them within a few seconds. I got size 2 and she wears a size 2.5-3 street shoe for reference. Sizing is correct. This boot is just way too stiff and uncomfortable for most kids, at least in my honest opinion. They really do need something that is going to bring them comfort , which is probably not going to be these. As for women thinking about buying these, they are really cute and decent enough quality. Just remember they are made in China, plastic/ stiff boot, and heavier. I don’t know if they break in or not after time. I’ve found a lot better adult skates for a little more then these that are cute, comfortable, and no break in time. Maybe (hopefully) Moxi will come out with a better skate for younger girls in the future. Until then, I’m still looking.

This is my second pair of skates. My first pair were low tops that I used for speed and roller derby. I just tried these today on a plastic top rink. They were a bit constricting but comfortable being worn with moderately thick high socks. Theyre very cute and I got a bunch of compliments on them. They seem to be of good quality so far. The wheels are a bit hard so not very grippy when doing cross overs do Ill probably switch them to the jelly kind of wheels.

These are decent skates for the the price but they are the stiffest boot I’ve ever tried on . Can’t wait until I break these in.

I bought these skates in my size and they fit like a glove! Tried them yesterday and man they are awesome. My feet hurt a bit breaking them in, but in time, I know they’ll be good

My very first pair of skates, I guess I’m kinda late to the epidemic of skating but even so I’m really excited about it. The size fits really good I’m normally a 10 wide or an 11 if the shoe isn’t wide but these are wide enough and fit perfect. A little bit uncomfortable but definitely not the worst thing I’ve put on my feet just need to be broken in a little. I do almost wish they weren’t so stiff but I understand why they are which also inturn kind of makes them great for beginners. I didn’t have any scuffs of show of wear like other people had mentioned. I did notice tho that some of the stitching ends weren’t tucked in but you can’t really tell to much. Anyways I’m super excited to start this journey and can’t wait till I get good enough to really cruise

Unfortunately on the inside of the boot at the balls of the feet there is a huge metal plate which makes it very uncomfortable.

Wasnt impressed. These looked cute but they were uncomfortable and heavy/clunky feeling. I returned them and spent a bit more money for bont skates. If youre thinking about buying skates-Spend a few more dollars and get something thats better quality.
