Moxi Skates - Rainbow Rider - Fun and Fashionable Womens Roller Skates

> 3 dayThese skates are gorgeous, but a heads up - the boot is hard! I have somewhat wide feet and bought these because the reviews said it has a wider toe bed, which it does, but the boot has no give. I imagine if I would have given them more time, I could have broken them in but I didnt want to go through the pain. I am returning these and am going to try the Moxi Panther Skates alternatively. On a positive note, the Rainbow Riders have nice sticky wheels which would have been nice for long outdoor skate sessions or even an indoor rink.

> 3 dayAnd they did not disappoint! The boots are thick and stiff like ski boots, and take a little getting used to, but the ankle support is unreal. Definitely recommend these as beginner-intermediate level dance skates (indoor)

> 3 dayI rarely write reviews, but I thought this one would be helpful to possibly avoid wasting your time, money, and possibly deter any youth from wanting to skate. I purchased these on a whim. I recently picked up roller skating after several decades. I had gotten Chaya love is love skates, which had rainbows on them. My 8 year old loved them. When I came across these, there was one pair left. I thought Moxi is reputable and they are the right colors/ look my daughter would love. While waiting for them to come, I then tried researching these skates. I could not find one review or video on youth sizes or how youth girls felt about these. First thing I noticed how heavy they are. Also, do not purchase these or any skates without a skate tool on hand. I had to loosen every wheel. No biggie, unless you don’t have one on hand or don’t know how important this actually is. When my daughter tried them on, she was out of them within a few seconds. I got size 2 and she wears a size 2.5-3 street shoe for reference. Sizing is correct. This boot is just way too stiff and uncomfortable for most kids, at least in my honest opinion. They really do need something that is going to bring them comfort , which is probably not going to be these. As for women thinking about buying these, they are really cute and decent enough quality. Just remember they are made in China, plastic/ stiff boot, and heavier. I don’t know if they break in or not after time. I’ve found a lot better adult skates for a little more then these that are cute, comfortable, and no break in time. Maybe (hopefully) Moxi will come out with a better skate for younger girls in the future. Until then, I’m still looking.

> 3 daythe boot is thick and gives good support! The boot is wide enough for pretty much all feet but can be tightened just perfect! i recommend .
