Greater than one weekPerfect for loud events. My 1 yr old son didnt like them at first but once the monster truck show started he forgot they were on and I felt he was fine with us sitting in the first row. Definitely happy with this purchase keep in mind the ones at the monster jam were $20 and didnt adjust to his size.

> 3 dayWe were going to a festival and wanted to make sure my one-year-old had all the protection she needed. Luckily, the festival was more on the acoustic side, so there was only a few bands that we needed the ear phones for. Pros: - Decent noise cancellation, while still being able to hear. It just muffled the sound, but she could still hear Daddy and I talking to her. - Fit her head - I was worried it would be too big, but it fit her head just fine. Ironically, it fit my head too, so its pretty adjustable. - Sturdy. Fell a few times and no damage. - Worked for sleeping too. At one point, she fell asleep with her head against my chest, and I was able to hold the one of the ear muffs against her other ear, allowing her to sleep and also keep me from worrying about her ears. Cons - easy to pull off. Id recommend practicing with the baby ahead of time. She would keep it on for a few minutes, but inevitably pull it off. Im sure its just a comfort thing, and a little more practice would keep it on. Overall, a good purchase if you have need of it. Im happy with the experience and kept it for future uses.

> 3 dayMy son wore his for church. We managed to put them on while he was sleeping and no issues. Must be pretty comfy! He did not wake up during the church music (which can be loud) so they cancel a lot of noise. Like the idea they can grow with the kid rather than just for an infant. Happy with the purchase.

> 3 dayWe took our 3 year old son to an air show (THunderbirds). He wore them for the big jets and was fine, until one of the Thunderbirds came roaring right over the crowd unexpectedly. It was super loud and our son started crying and that was the end of the airshow for us. So Id say it otherwise would have been fine, except for that surprise flyover, I think he would have done fine with these headphones for the rest of the show.

> 3 dayWe sit really close to the fireworks are our son slept through the entire thing only heard it at the grand finale, but still didn’t wake him up he just jumped. He did try to pull them off a few times but other then that they didn’t seem to bother him. Definitely glad I purchased them!

> 3 dayI was a bit concerned that these would either be too tight or too loose for my 2 year old. They fit her well and she doesnt seem to mind them. Ive actually tried them on and they do block out a good amount of sound but slightly raised voices can still be heard which is good for when things go quiet, it keeps her from getting nervous in the silence. I believe she will be able to wear theses comfortably for a few years at least.

> 3 dayGreat product! My husband and I play in a brass band and we were worried about the volume for our 15-month toddler. He came to a performance with grandparents last night and actually kept the headphones on the whole night! I thought for sure that he would keep pulling them off, but after a few minutes he forgot he was wearing them. They worked great and will fit him for many years!

> 3 dayMy 3yo is afraid of the beep-beep (smoke detector) in his room. Backstory: When he was two there was a wildfire near our home that caused us to evacuate and all the smoke detectors were going off. It was traumatic for him and he has been afraid of smoke detectors ever since. Well, he is scared that while he is sleeping the beep-beep will go off and it will be very loud and hurt his ears. Enter My Happy Tot. He freaking loves these things. They are easy enough for him to put on himself. If he is scared, he puts them on and goodbye fear. He actually wears them all the time. Though I think that is partly so he has an excuse to not listen I cant hear you mommy... We used them at a firework show last weekend and he handled the loud booms like a boss. Highly recommend them!

Greater than one weekI didn’t expect them to be noise cancelling, just dampening, and they do that very well. They get large enough that I could put them on, but also small enough for my 5 month old to wear comfortably, and the noise reduction is very effective. She rocked them without seeming uncomfortable too, which is huge.

Greater than one weekNot a very strong noise-muffling effect. On one hand, baby is still afraid of the blender and vacuum wearing these, even when in the next room. On the other hand, he successfully sat through a parade with bagpipes without getting upset. So they do have their uses, especially for the price!
