> 3 dayCame fully charged! I love it! Light weight, cold, doesnt get in my hair, quiet, cheap, long running time. Even the dog likes it. I live in FL & have 15 years of hot flashes.

> 3 dayThis looks exactly the same as the fan I reviewed earlier, so Im sure its from the same manufacturer, but sold by a different seller. Everything looks the same on the outside, and Im pretty sure its the same on the inside. They both a nice amount of airflow over the neck and head. At the lowest setting, the noise level is good. Medium is tolerable, but its harder to hear things such as the TV. At high, its uncomfortably loud for long periods. The fan and wind noise drowns out other noises. Most of the airflow goes up the side of your head. Theres hardly any ariflow on the back of the unit. I wish it had some holes that pointed towards the neck. All the vents point upward. As for comfort, I find it very easy to wear for long periods, because I dont feel any pressure points. The build quality seems very good. Its made of plastic, but it feels solid, and has a comfortable weight. Its not too heavy or lightweight. It feels like a nice pair of bluetooth headphones. I previously tested the battery life of a similar looking fan. On medium speed, and the battery lasted about 3.5 hours. Thats enough for most of my outdoor activities. For this product, I decided to test it on low speed. It lasted over 8 hours. It may not be enough to keep you cool outdoors on a hot day, but it should keep you comfortable indoors. Im quite happy with the cooling and I think its a pretty good value. It may not be the best cooling solution, but it could help reduce the use of your AC. With the price of energy these days, and the energy shortage in Cal, this fan should be very useful.

> 3 dayThe KIDEE Portable Neck Fan Is a cool (pardon the pun ;-) ) personal fan for those hot summer days. It has a decent build quality, even though it is mostly plastic, it feels pretty solid. It works well, especially at Med & High speeds. Simple operation. Completely charge the device before first use. Once charged there is one simple button to turn on. First press “Low” 2nd press “Med” and, you guessed it, 3rd press is “High” speed. Pressing it one more time turns the device off. I mainly feel the air blowing on the sides, but fairly feel it blowing in back the neck, even though the vents go all the way around the back of the neck fan. NOISE LEVEL… The noise level isn’t too bad creating a kinda white noise that is obviously louder for the wearer than for people around them. For semi noisy events or situations where any noise doesn’t really matter (beach, park, concert, etc.), no one but yourself would even notice it. But it might be a little too loud for people around you at a graduation ceremony speech or dance/music recital, etc. On “Low” speed it is really quite, but it also doesn’t produce much cooling air current on ‘Low”. BATTERY… The battery lasted for about 3-1/2 hours on “Med” speed, which would be plenty of usage time for most events/needs. All-in-all I think it is petty “cool” device. ;-P

Greater than one weekWhat a game changer this was for the theme parks here in Florida. Got one for myself and one for my husband and these lasted us all day. We were both impressed with what a difference it made having these while walking around outside and standing in lines in the 90 degree Florida heat. I was a little worried about the weight but we barely noticed them.

Greater than one weekI have a tendency to sweat when I put my make up on. This is perfect. I have not had my hair get tangled in it as other reviews state. I use it all the time. Very pleased with purchase. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayWed had a chance to use this in a variety of situations. We even brought it to my daughters school play to use backstage with actors that were really hot in their costumes. They were able to put this on and cool down between scenes. The battery seems to last a good while but I havent tested it for full run time. But I wouldnt be surprised if it was pretty close to the stated 4-16 hr time frame in the listing (depending on what speed youre running it). I find the noise level to be an acceptable level for the trade-off in comfort that you get while wearing it. Its definitely noticeable, but not uncomfortable. If Im hot and need to cool down, I would have no problem using it. I would caution that it does feel like it wouldnt fair well if it was dropped from neck height. It feels well made, but just feels like the plastic may not survive a lot of drops from heights. Thats not an issue if you use it properly, but I imagine it could get pulled apart or snapped if use carelessly or by young children. Thats not a problem per se as I dont think its really marketed as an unbreakable product. So just use it responsibly. I did find that it made a slight whining sound one time I was using it but it wasnt terrible and doesnt seem to do it all the time. Hopefully it doesnt get worse and was just happening while breaking in the product. Overall its a unique product that seems to work pretty well.

> 3 dayI typically have bouts of getting hot, clammy, and feeling like I’m claustrophobic because of gatherings without air flow. This right here… saved my graduation and will save me in the future. Works fantastic. Love love love. So glad I bought it.

> 3 dayI got this neck fan because I am a beekeeper. In the summer months wearing a bee suit is very very oppressive. I sweat like crazy and have a hard time staying cool. This neck fan is the perfect addition to my beekeeping toolkit. It slips around my neck and easily turned on with one push of a button. Air circulates upward around my head….amazing. Better yet, you can click the on-button several times and the flow rate of the air increases. It is solidly made and easily recharged with an included usb plug. I am not quite sure how long it will last—but once I figure that out, I will report back here.
