> 3 dayOK I bought 4 (2 white and 2 green) of these, right before a road trip from the DFW area to Phoenix (you know, that divorced parent kid shuffle dance so many of us do these days). I was HOPING I would never need them, but sure enough, on the way back, the A/C in the car gave out, and these things were AWESOME for keeping us all relatively less miserable in the Texas heat!!! The WHITE ones seem to work a bit better than the green ones (slightly more air flow in the white ones) On HIGH, they lasted about 4 hours, so they did a great job!!! 5 stars for the white, and 4 for the green.

> 3 dayThis is a nice portable neck fan. It looks like headphones, just a little smaller. On your neck, it is pretty lightweight, although I wish it were even lighter and slightly smaller. However, being any lighter, it might not be as effective. The fan has 3 speeds and is somewhat noisy. Not too bad though, unless youre on the highest fan setting. It keeps you pretty cool. The only thing I worry about is getting this damp from sweat, like from a hike, or being out in the hot sun for a long period of time. Im not sure if it would be a good idea to have electronics exposed to heat for that long. For now, I use this on warmer days where I am both in the sun and in the shade. Im not sure if I would venture to take this on a longer hike.

> 3 dayThis Nhpoi portable neck fan is a great new innovation for keeping cool in the hot and humid tropical climates. Its amazing how this small device can make a big difference in the comfort level of being outdoors in the heat and humidity. It does not have a feeling of burdensome weight around the neck. It does make a bit of noise at the higher fan settings, but this is greatly offset by the cooling effect. We tested it out having a run and a stroll through a local park and found it to be quite a nice accessory. The battery lasted longer than our outing of several hours, so it seems to have pleny of power. We recharged it easily with a USB-C connector and found that it takes 3.9 watts, a negligible amount of energy. Highly recommended for those that enjoy outdoor activities in the heat and tropical climates.

> 3 dayIve never had one of these before, so I wasnt really sure what to expect. This fan came precharged so I was able to try it out right away. One button turns it on and adjusts the speed. I was really impressed with the amount of air that it produces, and while theres some noise, its not as noisy as Id expected. Its also lightweight and comfortable to wear. Im going to let my husband use this one since hell be outside a lot this summer, but I plan to get a few more neck fans for the rest of the family.

> 3 dayThe pink and gold has a very premium chic look to it. It looks like it could be some fancy name brand. The neck fan itself is pretty standard. It works well, dont get me wrong, its just it doesnt have any additional features and so its a fan, that blows air, at your neck....kinda hard to mess that up. The battery life is very good on this model though. Probably second best of all the neck fans Ive tested. You can expect several hours on one charge, depending on speed chosen. I usually run it at full speed and have gotten over 4 hours...so I think thats pretty great. It would be nice if it could fold up small for traveling, or have a light built in or something, but if you arent looking for any extras....and you like the color....then this is a must buy. Im a huge fan of neck fans, and I this one is right up there with the best of them.

26-11-2024This is an unusual approach to keeping cool. There are 3 selectable air speeds to step through, and it is sure to be a favorite in the summer. The fan runs for a long time on the rechargeable battery. The styling is sleek and the fan seems well constructed from durable materials. Its not very heavy, and can be comfortably worn for many hours. It stays in place even with bending and stooping movements, so wearing it while performing physical work is no problem. In addition to cooling the body during summer heat, I think it also will provide discreet relief to those experiencing hot flashes, or those working out in the gym.

> 3 dayThis is a relatively new product category made possible by the availability of inexpensive li-on batteries. There are multiple sellers selling the same M5 Neck Fan by Natural Wind in various colors. This product is effective at making you feel cooler when it is hot outside (or in). It is light enough to not be uncomfortable to wear for an extended period. Fans are noisy. All fans are. Because this fan sits around your neck close to your ears (about 4 inches), the sound perception is greater than if it was sitting 6 feet away. I measured 54 dB on low, 63 dB on medium, and 69 dB on high. If you are sitting on your balcony, having a cigar and watching The Five while wearing this, you will need to increase the TV volume to compensate. Nothing crazy, but that much sound that close to your ears will definitely impact your ability to hear other sounds around you. That will be true with every product in this category, and it is not a level that will in any way damage your hearing.
