This is a very powerful little neck fan but it seems pretty loud when in use. It is also not very flexible when putting it on. I have a ~18 neck and it is a little snug to put on. I would have preferred a little more flexibility to make it easier to put on and use.

This fan provides lits if airflow without tge worry of hair getting caught in spinning blades. The motors are nearly whisper silent and have three escalating speed settings that put out lots of air in a hurry. The only downside I found is the slots the air comes out if are painted more stright up and some of the air rushes past my face and head insted of blowing onto my face and head.

Cool around my neck when it is hot. Good battery life. 3 speeds - and the highest is plenty when it is a warm day in my neighborhood! Good battery life Would also make a nice gift.

Its quiet, with three settings, an easily positioned for a nice fit. It balances the divide between too tight to wear when active and too loose and it will fall off. The head an neck are (one of the) bodys natural radiators and this fan accelerates evaporation. Clever and effective. The (included) USB-A cord plugs into a standard adapter (not included).

Wow, very impressive. I havent tried one of these neck fan things since 2k and those were kinda wimpy attempts. This however.... even on low setting its a very cool breeze that cools your whole body even though just on your neck and head. Durable and can handle accidental drop and kick with ease and remain perfect (unintentionally tested this) I would like it a bit larger or adjustable as I have a rather thick neck and this doesnt quite fit without wanting to spring off with any movement. This is great just sittin in my chair gaming and a larger collar would be wonderful on my walks and hikes.

I like this neck fan! I use it while on the go and especially at work. I am outside a while on some days so this comes in handy in a huge way on those days. The battery life is good although I havent ran it full strength yet, but I can get over an hour nonstop on the lowest setting. I do recommend!

This is an awesome gift idea that packs a good amount of power. The fan keeps you cool during these hot south GA springtime hours. The battery life is also good. Its reasonably priced and looks sleek. Great value!

This fan is lightweight and comfortable around the neck. The makers did a nice job of directing the air inward toward the neck/head area versus shooting straight up with only partial contact. Decent battery life and quiet operation even at highest fan setting.

I love giving these neck fans to relations and this fan works fine. I am a little disappointed with the feel of the plastic - almost too lightweight, like somethings missing; but its not, so I suppose thats a plus. It still is comfortable to wear.
