It does not put out alot of air, nor is the design comfortable to put on and wear. If ALL the vented areas you see on it..actually pumped out solid strong air.. it would be better..

This fan is a great wearable portable fan. It has 3 speeds, with the lowest speed being all I need. It is quiet. But naturally, it gets a little louder with higher speeds, due to more airflow. it is important to remember to slide this neck fan on from behind or the side of your neck. Do not attempt to place it over the top of your head and down to your neck. The fan is designed to slide on around your neck. This fan does a great job of cooling me off after exercise or anytime I feel too warm.

I love this neck fan. My son and I went on a trip to the zoo. It was so hot out, but I brought this neck fan for him. He started getting really warm, and miserable about half way through our day. I took this fan out, turned it on, and put it around the back of his neck. It works so well, and it is extremely quiet. My son does not like loud noises by his ears, but he had no issues with this fan. He was able to enjoy the rest of our trip with a smile on his face, and never said another word about being hot. This fan saved the day! All three speeds are pretty powerful, and they are all quiet. It is made of a tough plastic shell, but its not heavy. My son is six, and it was light enough for him to wear for nearly three hours. It stayed on with full power for all three hours. He even wore it in the car on the way home, and it was still running strong when he finally shut it off. I am definitely impressed with this product.

This is a light weight fan that gives out very good air when youre on the go. 10/10

This fan provides lits if airflow without tge worry of hair getting caught in spinning blades. The motors are nearly whisper silent and have three escalating speed settings that put out lots of air in a hurry. The only downside I found is the slots the air comes out if are painted more stright up and some of the air rushes past my face and head insted of blowing onto my face and head.

This portable fan is a godsend. Wherever I go, it produces a cool breeze thanks to its double duct design and three selectable speeds. Additionally, it is somewhat quiet, which enables me to work uninterrupted. It is extremely practical and easily recharged using usb-c cable. And the sleek black color adds a dash of flair. A need during those sweltering summer days!

You can see in the picture that the fan I got is defected. It’s a little loud and not that “ cold”, but it’s sturdy and OK to have during the heat season. I will need to return and get a new one. I hope the new one is fine. Could be the opening causes so loud.

I work in a hot warehouse lifting heavy items all day with little circulation/AC. These have been fantastic. They charge easily, the 3 speeds are nice. I keep it on the 2nd setting as that gets me a full shift at work(8ish hours). I tried putting it on a high and it died by lunch time maybe 4 hours in. Other than that it creates a nice breeze and has kept me cool.

We experience super hot summer weather in California and I was looking for something that would keep me cool. May it be while Im mowing the lawn or going outdoors and I know in humid weather, many people depended on portable hand carried fans (especially in Japan during the summer). But I wanted something different and rechargeable and discovered the dolond Neck Fan, Portable Neck Fan with rechargeable 4000 mAh Battery. I had to give it a try! For one, I thought the neck fan would be flexible but fortunately it fit around my thick neck which was a surprise. Turned it on since it was pre=charged and sure enough it pumped air but pressed the button again and again and noticed it had up to three speeds. I guess with the highest speed, it can last up to four hours but on the lowest speed up to 22 hours. But considering this is rechargeable and not battery operated, that was a plus. Also, the battery indicator LED lights is another positive! While its made of durable ABS plastic, I am not sure it would survive if it fell on a hardfloor or surface but for the most part, I really do like it. Its a leafless neck fan with 360 degree air outlets keep one cool and cant complain. It will be my go to and may bring it to work or when I go out to cover festivals during the summer. Definitely recommended!

Seems a little bulky compared to other neck fan brands, though that could just be me. Easy to use and to charge. Great fan speeds for various situations. I got for my daughter for when she is working in the backroom at her work. Works great and hold charge well.
