Necoichi Extra Wide Raised Cat Food Bowl (Cat)

I got the set for my two cats because I was tired of seeing them hunching over to eat and drink. I love the height and they’re absolutely adorable. Much better than any of the metal or stainless steel dishes I’d bought in the past. I feel better knowing my cats eat out of something that doesn’t have metal shavings like others I’d had. And the porcelain is easy to clean and keep clean. Love these!

No more whiskey fatigue! It really does the job with no mess. High quality bowl with non skid bottom. It’s a bit pricey though

I bought raised bowl because I read that cats throw up less when they don’t have to lean over to eat. I think he throws up less. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is that the ceramic surface for some reason holds on to dried bits and you have to really scrub to make it release teeny bits that hang on. It seems smooth, but must have microscopic texture. Also I love the silicone band on the bottom that keeps the bowl from sliding on the floor, but it comes off when you are cleaning it and is weird to put back on correctly. But I still like it. And it’s cute.

One of my two cats scoops out her dry food with her paw and tries eating it off her paw. Most pieces fall off her paw so I always have dry food all over the floor. I figured she was eating this way because it was uncomfortable for her whiskers to touch the sides of the bowl (whisker fatigue). I’ve tried many different elevated (I buy elevated because I feel it’s better for their digestion) bowls, to no avail. This bowl is actually making a noticeable difference! She occasionally still reverts to her preferred method of eating but it’s a lot better.

This is an adorable well-made bowl with a nice rubber protector on the bottom. Who knew cats did not like their whiskers to touch the side of the bowl? My cat likes to drink from it but because of the shallowness of the bowl, water evaporates much too quickly and the water becomes stagnant quick. Its hard to carry it across the room for cleaning or filling due to the shallow bowl.

I have four of these and have bought them as gifts. One of them came with rubber on the bottom (well they all did) that was easy to take off, one of them that I got the rubber was stuck in some spots and its impossible to remove the debris from it. Knowing I have so many of them I know this was just a fluke, but when I contacted the company after they sent me an email asking how the product was they never got back to me which I thought was weird. I called Amazon and they refunded me for the one bowl with issues. I just thought it was strange the company was MIA after sending an email. The bowl itself is great. One of my cats was throwing up after each meal and i thought it was stomach sensitivity but really she just needed to eat higher up. No longer has that problem and Ive since bought these bowls for all my cats just to be safe. They fit a 3oz can of wet food plus 1oz water added.

This dish is the perfect height and width for my cat. It is pretty and attractive. Id love more styles and colors and would buy more if there were some. How about in red? I have three already of this style plus the one that is tilted. The one that is tilted is better if your cat is a licker of its food as it wont come off the edge. But for my cat that bites their food, this one works well. Sounds funny, but some cats prefer to lick the juices and some bite and chew their food. I have one of each, so I have both styles of dishes. Both are wide enough so whisker fatigue doesnt occur. LOVE this dish!

My kitty cats love it. It helps with whisker fatigue. I noticed now they eat all their food. Easy to clean. I had looked at a few and this product had the best reviews and I do not regret.

Heard it was better to elevate your cats food dish for digestion. So many to choose from! Took a chance on the Necoichi dish. SO glad I did! Why? It was the best height, one piece ceramic construction, the bowl area was nice and wide and tilted. The bowl edge had a nice raised rim to keep food in the dish. The bottom had a silicone rubber ring (removable for cleaning) to prevent the dish from sliding across the floor. A cute decorative print going from bottom of unit up and around to the top edge of the bowl on the outside. A cat face in the center of the bowl. I’m planning to get another for wet food. We feed both wet and dry. In my opinion, this is the perfect size all around for any cat breed. It would work for kittens just starting to eat wet and kibble. Prevents them from walking, sitting, or stepping into their food dish.

This is THE most adorable and perfect cat dish! I love the design, the shape and its very easy to clean, in addition, its comfortable for my cat! She seems to sit at it, rather than stretch her neck down as other flat dishes, its truly adorable and unique!
