While this product is convenient. Right out of the box I noticed the light flickers. Even on a full charge, the flickers remains. While the product is functional with this problem. It is rather annoying if your under the hood or even using it for night photography purposes. Id steer away from this of you can afford to. update... still flickers and its getting worse.... im about to throw this thing in the garbage. Waste of money.

First of all, I love this light. Its super bright, the battery lasts a really long time and the light housing itself appears to be very durable. The mount, with the springy flexible ends needs improvement. One end of my mount broke within the first two weeks of using it and now it wont hang on any hood or car thats small. This is a problem for me since most of the vehicles I work on are smaller sportier cars. I reached out to get a replacement but havent heard back from anyone. Hopefully someone sees this review and will contact me. Id love to get a replacement mount for this and not have to buy an entirely new unit.

Item arrived broken. Box was not damaged. Amzn made refund. I never used it but the arms/hooks are brittle and were broken. Also the U-shaped clips that hold the light bar to the support bar slide into small grove/channel and the clip is made of weak plastic. BOTH clips were damaged: One clip - the T that slides into track was completely broken. Other clip - the T was cracked. OVERALL the light was very bright and thought out well. but POOR quality. Of course, customer who bought it originally and returned it as very good misrepresented condition and abused the tool.

Works great and UV is great at finding Freon or coolant leaks!

Forgot this light on a truck on the underside next to the engine and when it got back from its day it was still there and still charges !!!! An amazing light good for heat resistance and the magnets are very strong!

The light attached easily to whatever you’re working on wherever you use the magnet or the hook mount. However I’ll say that I was less That impressed with the actual amount of light coverage this provides in tight spaces compared to its competitor. Good light for the budget though

The bf says its the best thing I ever bought him! He is a mechanic in a shop and uses it constantly. He wouldnt know what to do without it now

Decent and bright light. Only complaint is, it seems to run out of battery very quickly. I only use it on the low setting, but it seems like I have to recharge it every ~3 hours of use time. Hopefully it gets better, otherwise there is not much use in it being rechargeable, if you cant go a full day using it.

I was contemplating this, or a Milwaukee M12 light. The M12 would be nice because it has a removable battery, but its significantly more money. This feels and looks very well built. Provided the battery holds up to repeated use, this will be a very good purchase. I couldnt get this to charge with a USB C cord I had. I think it didnt seat fully because the port is recessed a little in the light, but it charged just fine with the supplied cord.
