Nero Burn Express Version 4

Waste of money. I ended up buying the platinum it’s it’s awesome

Hard to use

This just has ads for other Nero products. Also, when I typed in my serial number on their web-site to get assistance; it didnt recognize it as valid... also, it states you can only get assistance within 24 hours of purchase; after that, you are on your own. To make this short; this product does not work.

On the average it actually makes a usable disc about 1/3 of the time. It will burn a disc for 7 hours and then in the final 30 seconds it will abort. This happens all the time. I have tried to speak with customer service and they are less than useless. Every time I go to try and use it they make me download Microsoft Visual C over and over again. I dont even bother contacting them anymore. Beware if you buy a Nero product.

I could not understand how to get it working. I ordered Roxio, which I think is really great

Junk. Will only try to install in some other languages

First Nero Express never installed correctly. If you uninstall and forget to delete s/n before uninstalling than your screwed. This Express is just their stepping stone for you to buy the Platinum version. Support is non existent.
