Nero Burn Express Version 4

This just has ads for other Nero products. Also, when I typed in my serial number on their web-site to get assistance; it didnt recognize it as valid... also, it states you can only get assistance within 24 hours of purchase; after that, you are on your own. To make this short; this product does not work.

$20 for trial version that is only good for 7 days. It is a scam

I purchased this program to be able to Rip music CDs of many different types of file formats and save the files in either WAV or Flac format, which are not Compressed Files like MP3 Files, to my Puter then transfer them to my Android. Well this disk is just a bunch of advertising for other programs that they want you to buy in addition to what you have already purchased. I would not recommend this program to anyone.

If you just want to be able to etch a design on cd this is a great program to buy. You may need to download the lightscribe drive which is free to get Nero to recognize you have a lightscribe drive. So that being said your cd drive should be lightscribe or lightscribe capable and have the lightscribe drive download and then it will pop up on Nero. If you dont have the lightscribe icon on Nero you are missing one of these things or both. Just google lightscribe drive free follow instructions for your system.

I have used Nero products for many years and have been pleased. The old burning ROM was excellent. Nero Burn Express 4 is not user friendly and even though I purchased the product outright, it would not let me use all the functions. The final straw was when I was making a copy of a DVD program I created and it stopped part way through and would not complete the task. Then when I tried to use my original Disc, it would not load. Not sure what happened but I had to recreate my original. Eventually I downloaded an open source program to make my copies. I contacted Nero and they were no help.
