This product was extremely easy to install and worked beyond my wildest expectations. I would suggest it for everyone, and will purchase one for my other home location. Did not even need to contact tech support.

I read many reviews and this unit was listed as a top ranked unit. Got the unit and unboxed it. Then followed instructions to get router and satellites connected. After following phone app instructions got 2 out of 3 satellites connected. Third satellite would show blinking white at boot up and then go to blinking red and stay there. Tried to find solution as to issue and it was like getting a tooth pulled. Their website had no help at all. Then thought I could call support and talk to someone to get assistance to fix the one satellite. After losing 3 hours our my life trying to get a phone number to call was impossible. Called amazon support to see what options I have. IF you are on the fence look at a different product. I have never seen a company that had a good product and support before go to selling crap and dodging providing any assistance to someone who buys their product. Stay away form this product! Stay away form this product! Stay away form this product! Stay away form this product!

pros - does boost signal throughout house well. cons - does not work with amazon prime video, hbo now, ring doorbell, arlo cameras, disney+ and more due to buggy firmware and known issues (just google it if you dont believe me). Swapped it for another leading brand and zero issues. figure it out netgear.

This is the second system I purchased, One is in our home, and the other in our vacation home. Both had lots of wifi problems until we put this system in, and now everything works, including streaming video. Super easy to set up.

Used different wifi routers this one has been the best so far... I have signal everywhere in my house and outside in my yard... tech support was quick and supportive... great product

This product was so superior. to eero system that we currently have not even the same ZIP Code we were getting getting 67 down eero and 250 with night hawk :)

Do not purchase, read user forums to uncover the security failings of the product which renders it useless. Waste of Time and Money.

Item worked for a few mths, then started dropping the signal! Constantly having to reboot it! This product is an epic failure, and not worth the $$$ that it cost to purchase it! You should refund every customer money who purchased this bad product! Almost $200.00 down the drain!

I bought an earlier version of a orbi router and satellite. Due to my fault, I did not connect and config the satellite fro some time, only to learn known issue with satellite. Fine, my problem. Then I buy this. Total an epic junk. 2 of the 3 satellites. No good. two hours troubleshooting. Blinking Red Light - Corrupted Firmware. Really? Twice now Ive been burned by the orbi product line. Never again. Junk.

The system works after you get an install. There are NO instructions except get our app on your phone. 1. What if you dont have a phone? 2. The app wont run unless the system IS ALREADY UP and RUNNING. There is no clue what color the led indicator is supposed to be There is no way to setup a network without the app I was able to get the system running by plugging my laptop into my old wifi router and get to the netgear website. At the bottom of the page on netgear was a little text link how to setup orbi on a pc - thank god THIS IS A WIFI ROUTER for PC - How about a link to the setup instructions instead of a PHONE APP -- Dont buy this unless you are ready for a 3 day nightmare install done by feeling for sharp edged things in the dark
