They are much brighter that regular light. Havent had them long to judge on the life of the bulbs.

These are NOT as bright as standard 60w bulbs. More like 25-49

I havent had for long but so far so good and definitely good price. The elements are kind of funky looking but overall no complaints.

A little brighter than incandescent but no problems with them. They do have the old time look. Worked perfect for the whole summer with wind and rain. Waiting to see how the hold up through the winter. So far no D.O.A. bulbs.

Initially, I considered returning the bulbs. They are significantly brighter than similar incondescent bulbs. Howecer, I was excited about saving some money on my electriciry bills. These bulbs run cool to the touch, even after hours of continuous use. They are quite yellow at full brightness. At 75% they look very similar to their incondescent counterpart. Lights too bright? The solution...build a dimmer box (check out youtube).

I bought them because the incandescent ones I had kept going out, they look great, they use less energy, and I havent had one fail yet. I use them every night for about six hours on a timer. Now Ive replaced 18 of the incandescents and Im ordering another box.

These bulbs were bright and worked great. However, they didnt last 10,000 hours or 410 days. They were used in the evening for approximately 210 days for 6 hours per night and they ALL BURNED OUT!

All of the bulbs worked, which was great. Product description says each bulb is 250 lumens but product box says 200 lumens. Not a big deal, since I was replacing the stock bulbs that came with my bistro strands, and the stock bulbs were only 50 lumens, so these were 4x brighter anyway. These are the best compromise for brightness and color and price that I could find.
