> 24 hourThe product arrived fast and on time for Christmas. It charges the control very fast and works very well but we do have one concern. Our son was shocked when he touched the metal charging element that touches the controls. Not sure if this is a design flaw or was static shock on Christmas morning but is a bit concerning nonetheless. I touched it later to test if it was safe and didnt shock me but still has us feeling a bit uneasy.

> 24 hourDoes the job, but keep in mind it occupies 2 USB ports in order to fully function and charge remotes, and if using a ssd external drive you need to constantly swap out unless batteries are fully charged or playing with battery packs if running long gameplay.

> 24 hourThis charger works as well as those double the price. It is a little finicky when it comes to usb charging ( from PS5), but worlds well plugged in. Just an FYI, if you do not see lights, or they turn on and off- it could be that you controllers are already fully charged.

Hopefully the USB issue has been resolved since but that isnt why Im rewriting my review. This company has gone above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Even after my refund theyve followed up with me and searched for ways to fix the situation long term. This is so rare how amazing this company has been, I wish more companies were like them.
