> 3 dayBought mine like a month ago works perfectly fine I only use one USB to plug back of the ps5 because the other one is used by the external storage and no you cant connect the external storage in the front usb it doesnt read it but even though it only has 1 USB plugged in it still charges the controller perfectly

> 3 dayEasy to set up. I just do not like that it takes up both USB slots in the back. Had to move my storage expansion to the front. Not sure if its possible to get around this. Good product all in all.

> 3 dayI really liked the idea of this charger and it is nice to have it set up. It is limiting though in that it uses two plug-ins at the back of the playstation. This then prevents you from using an external hard-drive at the same time.

> 3 dayIts the best looking charger i have ever gotten for any system. It charges very fast(even faster if you use the original ps5 cord with any of the thousands of fast chargers you might have lying around) and it glows in a color other than red, which is a nice touch. Would recommend.

> 3 dayI bought this March 8, 2021 and it’s broken. Maybe that sounds like a while to people but I have used my PlayStation 5 less that 20 times so nothing has been messed with or used much. When I set the controller on the dock, which is slippery and the controller wants to fall off easily, the dock doesn’t do anything. If I unplug the power cord to the charging dock and plug it back in, it will light up for a second then stop. I guess I will have to buy another one, and it won’t be this one.

> 3 dayDoes the job, but keep in mind it occupies 2 USB ports in order to fully function and charge remotes, and if using a ssd external drive you need to constantly swap out unless batteries are fully charged or playing with battery packs if running long gameplay.
