Greater than one weekI’m confused because it was a great product but the remote didn’t come with it.. so how is my boyfriend supposed to use it??! How can I contact someone to get the remote??!

> 3 dayI love this product, it stores up to 10 games (note that the case will not fit fully in the storage area, but is firm enough to stay in place). N i made sure to include the media remote because i did not even realize there was storage for that too. My only problem was that i ordered a black stand, but the headphone holder is still white. But u can always spray paint it:)
