The charger doesn’t work and the fan is so loud.

This stand was definitely better than the one that came with the PS5. It feels sturdy and secure. Love bring able to have a place for our headset and remotes when not in use AND being able to charge the remotes. The LED lights add the perfect touch! Being able to change them and make them dim is a big plus!

The customer service of this seller is spectacular! They went out of their way to replace a faulty unit with a new product without any hassle. Management reached out to me personally, which speaks volumes about their quality service. I highly recommend this product!

If you havent bought this yet, then good because the other Nexigo product which has the dual fans on it is better than this one and I recommend you get that one instead. If you have already bought this one, it still helps cool the ps5 down but it only has 1 fan and 1 ventilation so it certainly isnt the best in the market, but its not a bad product especially if you dont care too much about the cooling part and care more about the look of the stand and the quietness of the fan, its really quiet!

The fan works really well at keeping my ps5 cool and it also helps keep all my things organized. I love that it charges my controllers as well.
