So I just got this product today. When I received it, it was not in a shipping box. This is key because when I got it from the door the box was ripped open and a chunck of cardboard was missing. Good thing everything appeared to still be in the box. The next problem came when I had to put it together. Did you know that you have to drill the holes out fit the provided screws into the mount? Well I didnt either. Thankfully I had a drill. But other then that it works okay? But time will tell.

The charger is charged only once. Later when you put gamepad on it, the indicator is light orange (which means it needs to be charged) then after 1 sec switch to blue (which means the gamepad is not required to charge). I returned and ordered the same item but it was exactly the same. No response from the seller on my request throw amazon support. Minor thing - binding for the charger is hard to install and it doesnt work at all.

Third update- contacted the company and they are sending a replacement with no issues. Second update. The controller charger stopped working on one side. It only last about 8 months.** update** seller contacted me and send a feee replacement. Thank you for correcting this. Shipped fast but box was heavily damaged. Wall mount was bent and I had do bend it back. Over all quality was decent but it should of been checked before shipped.

Got this mount for the specific reason of hiding my console behind the tv, charges both controllers and a place for my headset. And this mount meets all those!! Very easy to install, used the drywall anchors and honestly feel pretty good that it’ll stay up! Charging station works very well for the controllers, and look awesome while charging in the dark. Love how you can actually remove the charging station so if you want to place it somewhere else you can! Overall a good product to have for my PS5!

Very nice wall mount, firm and easy to install, I recommend you use a stud finder to protect your ps5 from falling you need to find a good spot in the wall. Great product I installed in 20 minutes and look beautiful in the wall.

Nice design, but no longer charges controllers after 13 months. Very disappointing.
