Works great so far. Its pretty easy to put them in/get them out. The light does not sync with the controller itself, but I do like how it does the same thing, in general. It looks great.

Not a huge fan of the joystick covers but I got it for the charger and that works like a dream. Even the glowing light effect is super cool.
