Everything was fine during the return period, but now the device whines and screams to high Heaven when it’s turned on. Despite that, the seller reached out to me and shipped a free replacement, which works great. Wish I could turn off the light. Otherwise solid product.

Bought this mainly for the brackets so I could lay my 5 down instead of having it vertical. The brackets went on fine and I installed the fan. The fan doesnt seem to be very loud and I have no idea how well it actually helps the thing stay cool, but I will leave it installed and see how long they last because historically in the past, these aftermarket fans would not last a very long time. I guess well see!

The horizontal stand is sturdy, and looks OK with the PS5. Fan is really easy to install and the blue light looks cool. Drawback- the fan is DISTRACTINGLY LOUD. Too bad

Id give the stand 5 stars and the fan 3 stars. This stand installs onto the PS5 in seconds. And unlike some other stands, it allows the disc version to be correct-side up. Its much more stable than the included wobbly Sony stand. The fans are small and noisy which might not be worthwhile for many people. Because the fans are small, they dont push much air so not sure how effective they are. If your PS5 is in an enclosed environment and is overheating, it might be worth a try. The noise is noticeable especially in a quiet room.

So most of the Gamers on here have invested over $1000 into their PS5 from the system to controllers, to extra ssd expansion. So even with the design of the newest gen console. Ventilation is one of the biggest keys to system longevity. Thise device works great for the PS5 adding airflow from the fan, and extra heat dissipation from the bottom clearance.
