Love it, it works super well you can just feel the heat blowing out the back. My only 2 criticisms are it dont Auto shut-off with the system and when you reach back to turn it off its easy to accidentally put your fingers in the fan blades it dont hurt, but it is startling, and just worried I may accidentally damage them.

Id give the stand 5 stars and the fan 3 stars. This stand installs onto the PS5 in seconds. And unlike some other stands, it allows the disc version to be correct-side up. Its much more stable than the included wobbly Sony stand. The fans are small and noisy which might not be worthwhile for many people. Because the fans are small, they dont push much air so not sure how effective they are. If your PS5 is in an enclosed environment and is overheating, it might be worth a try. The noise is noticeable especially in a quiet room.

Originally we had a vertical cooling stand, but news came out that it wasnt good for some versions of the PS5, so to play it safe we purchased this one. Son is happy with it, works great, no issues keeping his PS5 cool and safely tucked away.

I like the stability this stand provides. I prefer to have a stand that supports both sides of the console rather than support only in the middle. The additional fans were a bonus.

Easy to install, stable and the fan works great. I havent had it long enough to comment on the longevity of the fan, but time will tell.

The design of the fan is simple; a lightweight transparent black plastic frame, just enough to mount the three fans, with enough openings for hot air to disperse. When turned on, it has blue LEDs to appease the young gamers, and sadly has no option to turn them off. Installation is a breeze and takes literal seconds. The fans spinning create a noticeable hum, definitely noticeable, but manageable. The air flow is adequate enough that you can feel it pushing the heat out and that’s all that really matters. So the main thing with these aftermarket fans is if it turns on/off with the console because who wants to keep pushing a button right? The descriptions will always say it works this way when you power your PS5 on/off. There’s never any info on rest mode which I’m sure a lot of people use. I can confirm that it does turn on/off in rest mode. However, you need to go into your PS5 settings. Go to ‘System’ > ‘Power Saving’ > ‘Features Available in Rest Mode’. There are three settings under ‘Supply Power to USB Ports’: Off, 3 Hours, Always. Obviously you’ll want to select ‘Off’. Now, this does mean your controller won’t charge up when you put it into rest mode and it’s ultimately up to you if that’s a deal breaker. Otherwise you’ll just need to power down your PS5 or press the fan button every time. I didn’t use the stands since I always have my console vertical so I can’t comment on the quality and fitment. I wish you could just buy the fans but I guess since it needs special stands for horizontal use there’s no way around that (the OEM stand doesn’t work with this fan). The price just seems excessive for what it is.
