It does what it’s supposed to, but it overflowed once and didn’t shut off when it was full. The weather was cold (and the unheated space it’s in was close to freezing temps) so there was ice on the back. I don’t know if that had something to do with it overflowing, but the tank is big enough that, as long as I remember to empty it, it still works.

Comparing with big dehumidifier, it is not too loud. It is perfect to be put in cabinets or closets, but not powerful enough for bedrooms.

It is very quiet. Perfect size for my Apartment

This device saved me a ton of money by avoiding expensive water damage remediation. My condensate pump leaked water, which go underneath the laminate floor paneling in my hallway. This dehumidifier (alongside a space heater) was able to remove all the moisture from the air and dry my flooring before mold formed. Definitely recommend for basements, furnace rooms, or areas that have damp air!

Good product for small space

It is easy to use and works.

Works perfectly in my bathroom where the window kept developing moisture which was dripping and spoiling the window sill. The only thing I would like the product team to iterate on is the tray removal mechanism. Right now it is on the back which makes it difficult for me to turn it around to take the tray out. The product can easily be modified to make it come out both from the front and back.

Purchased this because our Bathroom doesnt vent to the outside and it makes our bedroom feels musty and unfresh no matter how much we clean or use airfresheners. We Can 100 percent say this works within a few hours the air felt less heavy and it had accumulated a substantial amount of water in its reservoir. By the next day you could no longer tell the difference between our room and any other oom in our house. The light is a nice ambient relaxing amount. We keep it on blue and its barely louder than our normal ac unit so we dont even notice when its on. 100 percent would recommend for smaller rooms even bathrooms to help dry the room faster especially if your like me and take scalding hot showers.

Living in a 5th wheel in the Pacific Northwest we get a lot of rain and needed something to help get the moisture in our home under control. We purchased a separate thermostat that reads humidity levels and even during the down pours our living room maintains 40-50% humidity where as before it would be in the 70%-80% range and we were constantly having to wipe down windows and cabinets. Easy to use we just plugged it in and turned it on and it began pulling water out of the air. I leave for work a couple days at a time and depending on the weather I empty it each time I come back, but it has yet to have been full. There is an auto shut off once the tank fills if you are worried about spillage. Noise level isn’t really an issue as I normally like a bit of white noise in the background if I’m working at home, but it’s just a quiet hum and unless it is silent you won’t really notice it. Overall great product and has worked great for us here in Oregon!
