I found my place to run a little damp and after researching this, it was recommended I invest in a dehumidifier. I found this one matched my budget and seemed to have a number of great reviews so gave it a try. Wow, am I impressed and also didn’t realize how much moisture this thing pulls out of my air! It is easy to use and empty (plus I appreciate the visible reservoir where the water accumulates so I can visually monitor how much water it being collected.) The reason I deducted one star is the lights on the unit are very bright which lights up my bedroom at night where I use it. It would be great if future models either chose a dimmer light or offered a dimmer switch on the unit. It is also louder than I would have liked but I convinced myself it is simply white noise to help me sleep better. (Until I found the light was too bright so now I just turn it off overnight.) Love this though and am thoroughly impressed (& also a bit surprised) by how much moisture it collects. Definitely recommended to get the job done.

The dehumidifier works great for small rooms, is quiet, and is easy to move around. Overall, it is an effective product.

It works great, it’s amazing seeing the water fill up. The air feels crisper.

Comparing with big dehumidifier, it is not too loud. It is perfect to be put in cabinets or closets, but not powerful enough for bedrooms.

It does what it’s supposed to, but it overflowed once and didn’t shut off when it was full. The weather was cold (and the unheated space it’s in was close to freezing temps) so there was ice on the back. I don’t know if that had something to do with it overflowing, but the tank is big enough that, as long as I remember to empty it, it still works.

Tricky to empty but it runs quiet and works well

I bought this for a small bathroom that does not have an exhaust fan. It helps keep the amount of steam down in the bathroom and I dont have any mildew building up. This is the first dehumidifier i have ever purchased and it does a great job for what i needed.

It runs nicely at a moderate noise level. The control is easy to operate and its not too bad to empty it. The top plate is a little tight on the reservoir and the overflow cutoff is a nice security to have. It pulls a bit of water out of the room, but not huge amounts.
