Nintendo 3DS Compatible with 3DS / 3DS XL / 2DS AC Adapter

Works like a regular 3DS Charger. Works on DSi, DSi XL, 3DS, 3DS Xl, 2DS, New Nintendo 3DS, New Nintendo 3DS Xl, and New Nintendo 2DS XL. Only bad thing is that it is not super cheap.

Do I love this? Not really because I wish Nintendo had just packaged it with the New 3DS. Does it work perfectly? Yes, its the power adapter you should get! Does it work in 220/240V countries? No, and Nintendo doesnt sell one on Amazon for travel use. Weird that so many other adapters can handle both, but not this one....what was Nintendo thinking?

Do yourself a favor and spent the few extra dollars on the OEM charger. Ive tried too many cheaper third party cables than Id like to admit and none of them work as well as the official Nintendo one. The convenience of a regular USB cord is enticing, but dont waste your money. Seriously, how hard is it to make a charging cable that isnt too short, too fragile, too weak and does its job? Apparently, its exceedingly difficult.

Charges the kids 2DS so works well in my book.

The Official Nintendo 3DS AC Adapter cord was perfect. I was originally considering a cheep nock-off adapter, but later found out they can slowly damage the 3DS battery if made wrong. I decided to go with the official one. Ive had this for a few months now and no problems. Over the past decade I have had about a dozen Nintendo made AC Adapter cords and not one of them has stopped working. If your looking for a durable AC charging cord, go with this one.
