Nintendo 3DS slide pad dedicated expansion

> 3 dayIt makes your 3DS bulky and ugly, but its a great extension. The second slider feels the same as the one on the console and the additional buttons are great. If you put your 3DS to sleep, the accessory occasionally disconnects when you wake the console up. It works just fine after reconnecting. The quality is great coming straight from Nintendo. I would definitely recommend it for anyone not looking to upgrade to the New 3DS.

Greater than one weekSo I bought this knowing that it would only work for certain games, but I was hoping for something that would make holding the 3DS more comfortable. It is easier to hold but makes the system more bulky, and although the circle pad pro doesnt weigh much, you do feel the difference holding the 3DS when its attached. I also thought (incorrectly) that since the R button is now in an awkward position, that the system itself would recognize the Circle Pad Pro and make the R button on the Circle Pad Pro the default R button, but it doesnt. Unless the game itself recognizes the Circle Pad Pro, youll still have to use the standard R button on the 3DS, which is now in a more awkward to reach place. I couldnt find any settings in the 3DS menu that will allow the 3DS itself to recognize the Circle Pad Pro. Overall, its not a bad attachment and does make the 3DS more comfortable but the complete lack of support for other titles, even just the lack of remapping the R button, makes it not really worth it.

> 3 dayI order three of these for Christmas: one for myself, one for my son, and one for my daughter. It turns out that my son has the latest 3DS model and didnt need this, and it isnt compatible with mine (its too small). It does fit on my daughters 3DS so at least it worked out with 1/3. This was likely my mistake for not knowing more details about the product before ordering and now I am stuck with two of these I cant use because by the time I ship them back for a refund, the money basically washes out. All in all it is a solid product and makes playing some of the newer games that rely on two joysticks on the 3DS much easier.

> 3 dayGreat fit works well with my Nintendo 3DS. I was worried it wouldnt be compatible since its a Japanese import but it worked with out a flaw. Its legit by the way incase yall are worried about that with various Nintendo promotion & wrist strap inside the box. (even though it all in Japanese) It even comes with a AAA battery inside the box to get you started right away.
