> 3 dayIt does the job and then some, I played a ton of hours in some Metroid, Mario & Zelda in numerous games for the extra circle pad & triggers. Stealth in the grassy ground of Metal Gear Solid 3D, strategicly placed my heroes in to fight with my alien foes in Codename S.T.E.A.M. As well as some fun in the depths of the ocean fighting mutants along with the horror of Resident Evil Revelations and Resident Evil Mercenaries. Stick responds with each curve, slide and flick. Triggers are soft and clickable. Like a more faster responce of the wii U’s triggers. Battery hasnt lost its touch to laggy controls or anything. Still pure and responsive. Even the circle pad aint feeling greased up by being used. It feels and looks brand new! Hell the grip on holding on that system you arent gonna have a problem or accident of it falling out. Its truly a great alteration of the new 3ds if you cant afford even the new 2ds xl. Truly a fun experience!

> 3 daySo I bought this knowing that it would only work for certain games, but I was hoping for something that would make holding the 3DS more comfortable. It is easier to hold but makes the system more bulky, and although the circle pad pro doesnt weigh much, you do feel the difference holding the 3DS when its attached. I also thought (incorrectly) that since the R button is now in an awkward position, that the system itself would recognize the Circle Pad Pro and make the R button on the Circle Pad Pro the default R button, but it doesnt. Unless the game itself recognizes the Circle Pad Pro, youll still have to use the standard R button on the 3DS, which is now in a more awkward to reach place. I couldnt find any settings in the 3DS menu that will allow the 3DS itself to recognize the Circle Pad Pro. Overall, its not a bad attachment and does make the 3DS more comfortable but the complete lack of support for other titles, even just the lack of remapping the R button, makes it not really worth it.

> 3 dayAs far as usefulness goes its really good! Unfortunately its not made for XLs and you need a flathead screwdriver just to open the battery case.

> 3 dayFind it very useful for my new game Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate. Sadly it needs a AAA battery, but otherwise good.
